The demand for more profiling, by some, seems to have undertones of bigotry in it. Yes, all of the Islamo-terrorist have been Muslim. How do we separate out the terrorists from the real students and others. I've worked with too many Muslims to paint them all with a single brush. Those on FR need to start being more specific about how they would profile people in a multiracial, multi-ethnic society such as ours.
It's what we would expect from people who steal from children...
I'm impressed, very insightful. Dems are the party of Peter Pan -- eternal teenagers -- old boomers pretending they're 15 year olds and still rebelling against "daddy". It explains a lot.
The same theme shows up in liberal movies and "attitude" crap. It's why their newspapers are boring and their movies have to be aimed at 14 year olds.

I knew a very good young Catholic Filipino Amah who got mixed up with a Muslim boy who brainwashed her into Islam in 1996/97. She lost her job with her so called American infidel family.
To them infidels have to be converted or killed. Interpret that.

After 9/11 when I couldn't get a straight answer from several of them condeming 9/11, I stopped talking to many of them or frequenting their establishments.

Funny I must have read all the official documents a gazzilion times, and Bill of Rights, too and don't remember once seeing "profiling" or anything remotely like it mentioned anywhere!
Maybe it is, but when your enemy is trying to wipeout your society you look for those that fit. If 18-35 year old muslims are killing innocent people around the world then THAT'S WHO YOU LOOK FOR. The concept is rather easy. If it's too offensive for you, then you are free to leave. The line to get out of the US is usally a very short line as opposed to the line to get in the country.
What I'm saying (and I admit I'm not always clear) is that it IS uncomfortable, and I've known too many good Muslims to say that "if you look like this", we're going to watch you closely. My Iranian mechanical engineering professor knew who needed to be watched. Our government, if that is still the entity which is supposed to protect us, should contact people like him and get a clue. Maybe if the good patriots on FR had said that we need to look out for 18-35 yo Muslims who have recently arrived and appear to be aimless or checking out weak spots, and came from terrorist-sponsering countries, then I could agree. But this generalized ALL 18-35 yo Muslims is too reminiscent of "Be on the lookout for a Black male, 5'5" - 6'2", short hair". That's not a profile, that's a generalization.
