We are working hard for an October 21 release date at the LIBERTY FILM FESTIVAL in West Hollywood.
For those who have missed it, INDICTING HILLARY will tell the story of the greatest campaign finance fraud in history. You can read some of the stories here -- PETER PAUL AND HILLARY.
WE NEED YOUR HELP. On previous threads, some of you have provided great information.
-- We need a musician or musical group to do several parody songs for the film. That will earn money through sales of the soundtrack and independent sales.
-- We need some with flash animation capability to do a few segments in the genre of JibJab.
-- We need all of your help with 1) video and audio clips of Hillary; we particularly need any clips of her saying "I don't recall" 2) video, audio, and photos of all the criminals with whom the Clintons surrounded themselves, including those who illegally gave money 3) clips of Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, Paul Fray (the FJB), Billy Dale, etc., 4) We need to locate someone in the Hasidic Jewish community in New York with inside info about how Hillary beat Lazio in that community 1389-14 (it's the pardon, stupid), 5) we need someone with a real first hand account of how the little people are not allowed to look Hillary in the eye, 6) we still need to reach the soldier who crossed his fingers in the photo for which they ordered him to pose in Baghdad.
We appreciate any other ideas. Even if we can't use them, we welcome your creativity.
The main focus of the film is the gala Hollywood fundraiser, be we are going to add some of the other scandals.
Please use this as the master thread and put the links here. Hillary and her gang know very well that this is coming. Unless your info is really extra juicy private stuff that you don't want Hillary to see on this thead, give the link on this thread for easy reference. I am already lost in FReepmails and emails.
We are really working hard to get this together in time for October. There are very notable big name people involved in this effort. This is not a little homemade video project. After the initial film, we expect to have an expanded version for the theatre.

We are working on an idea. For $100, someone can get their name on the ending credits as an Associate Producer and receive a certificate and DVD. For $50, you can get credit as an Assistant Producer, along with a certificate and DVD. Please give me your feedback. Would there be interest in that? We're going to put up a page about it on www.HillCAP.org. What a great Christmas gift!

There was a story in the American Spectator a few years ago, about Hillary having a photo-op with some children at a hospital. It claimed that the staff at the hospital had planned to have her photographed with some children who were either retarded or in an advanced state of poor health.
Reportedly, when her advance people found out about this, they reported back and the great "lover of children" was said to have refused to have her picture taken with them, and the hospital staff ended up using their own children instead.
If true, it would be hard to find words to describe this type of behavior.
Might be worth checking out.

I went back and looked at the necklace she's wearing and don't see any special signifigance in it. Some of the women reporters on Fox News have worn similar ones.
At least Hillary is dressing herself up a little more. The only time I've seen her is something pretty is during an Inauguration Ball and others probably picked it out for her!

Under copyright law some parodie are considered 'fair use'; however, I would suggest that if DFU hasn't already done so, he consult w a copyright attorney (I'm not a copyright expert but there may be issues). There is an issue between copyright infringment and free speach and originality (it probably also depends a lot on the judge and/or jury if it gets that far).

The "Pretty Woman" case in No. 115 is a good one.
As others here, I want you to do well w this movie. I think most of us would concur that some people aren't going to be very happy w you and do what they can to discredit you one way or another. While it's none of my business, I, like others here are just trying to help you watch your back. Copyright law can be an iffy thing. You may have already addressed this, but 1 person(s) can hold the copyright for the words and another for the music. So, while 1 may not have an issue, the other might. I have no idea what tunes you plan on using (and don't need to know), but other considerations may be how hungry they are (e.g., only sold 1 song and are looking for some bucks) or how famous they are (e.g., Beatles or Stones - they probably have lawyers that go after these things all day). What you plan to do may be perfectly fine, and, IMHO it might be good for you to know going in if it is. If there are issues, while you may win in the end, it may save time and $$s down the road. You may already be aware of all of this and have worked all of this out with a copyright attorney. I'll butt out now. Break a leg with your movie!
