There was a story in the American Spectator a few years ago, about Hillary having a photo-op with some children at a hospital. It claimed that the staff at the hospital had planned to have her photographed with some children who were either retarded or in an advanced state of poor health.
Reportedly, when her advance people found out about this, they reported back and the great "lover of children" was said to have refused to have her picture taken with them, and the hospital staff ended up using their own children instead.
If true, it would be hard to find words to describe this type of behavior.
