Then it is possible that "Shango" is one of these
investigators working for the Dutch? AHA!
His long postings indicate that he felt Natalee would be moved the next day (June 26th) That's the day Old Sloot and Tattoo boy were let loose.
He indicates that Finding Natalee at the Hotel would help them prove that the Hotel was tied up with risky business (The Allegro). He was saying that finding Natalee there was their golden opportunity and it would be lost were she to be relocated.
That is why I am so interested in his messages, you see.
He clearly knows where she was put and so does Jossy Mansuer.

Right. Not much water in it -- sort of easy to bury a body in soft sand/mud.

Be careful what you read over there. Some of the posters seem to post with an agenda, too. They seem to care only about protecting the current liberals in power.

As their election draws closer, they'll throw down the jossy card more and more (think smokescreen), in an effort to protect what's left of their rule, and keeping a lid on the cronyism and lack of investigation in this case.

Btw, some of the articles I've seen up about jossy are pretty old.

We have a Ferry nearby...at the Port of Rochester, NY. It does not fly under the US Flag and there is a fee involved on a daily basis. I believe also that the ships mates are not and do not have to be UNION because they are not flying under the US Flag. My brother could explain it better, He's a Captain.

I'm no expert on this topic. All I know is what I saw on TV. The point made was because cruise ships are not registered in the US then they are not subject to US laws.

From SM

a post from the Dan-I-am-a-whining-man site:

In possibly the most important development, a judge has ruled that suspect Joran Van der Sloot can be interrogated by both Dutch and FBI officials.

I don't go to Dan's site so I don't know where he got the info. I'm still looking for confirmation.

From RWV:

Judge: Joran Van der Sloot Can Be Questioned By FBI
Was just informed that court results are now out in Aruba. All of the DNA evidence is said to have been thrown out - however, the tests can be conducted again through the proper procedures. Defense attorneys had challenged the testing as they claimed to have not been given enough time to argue against the procedure.

In possibly the most important development, a judge has ruled that suspect Joran Van der Sloot can be interrogated by both Dutch and FBI officials.

I see what you are saying. I didn't see the show to which you refer, but I would think her being an American citizen would qualify her for being on the FBI's list of missing person. Though I may still be missing your point...I will cloud matters even more by saying that a ship may be registered in another country but the company that is the owner/operator of that ship may be a U.S. company.

Having said all that I will say that I certainly might be wrong on any of these points since I am not a lawyer nor am I a specialist in cruise ship registration/ownership/operation.
