It's warmed up a little today--right now it's 80, but soooooo much better than the 100+ we had last week. I want this cool weather to stay a while.

We're both doing just fine...we managed to have lunch together today, which doesn't happen often.
The kids were here for a couple of days; the Flyboy helped me with a yard project. We cleared a 130-foot fenceline of prickly pear and mesquite...and have the scars to prove it! It's a wooden fence now and I'm having a block wall put in. The contractor wanted nothing to do with all that cactus.
The Flyboy, Piper, and I got in the pool after finishing the yard work...and I managed to get my first sunburn of the season. It's not bad, but it's there...a little uncomfortable when I move the wrong way!
They went home this morning, so it's quiet at the house again. We're still working on getting the place ready to sell.
