You may be right but I would suggest that on a dirty little island like Aruba, Jossy's goal might be to direct the news away from his family (plus sell some papers). Running a newspaper puts him in the flow of information (like being the Chief of Police, who I think his family also owns). Being the editor/owner of Diario gives him power over a lot of public information in the island. I'll bet he also has editorial power/ownership at the best known Aruban TV station.

Joran says Deepak killed her on the beach by the Marriott. This is supposedly in ine of his statements to the Polis very early after his arrest.

I didn't take it as so declarative. I thought Joran said something more like, he thought Deepak might have raped and killed her.

these calls were made to natalee's family BEFORE any missing news had ever been reported, coming at 3am, so this can't be a prank...what if the boys had dropped here at the house as a treat and then went and parked and waited while dad had his time? the most important fact, if we follow the logic, is that it means she was alive at 3am, and was being kept out by people she didn't know at all (as the voice message said)...only the howling monkey knows for sure the location...but a trace on all phones can pinpoint the truthful place of where the caller was

I saw an old video clip on TV this evening of Beth saying she had Natalee's cell phone set up for worldwide use now so Natalee could call Natalee's cell phone from anywhere. Beth was sending this message to Natalee via TV cameras. So it is correct that Natalee did not have her cell phone on her when she disappeared.

She was spotted leaving with one group and telling them that she was going to catch up with another group further ahead.

One of the groups, I guess the one further ahead, saw her in the backseat of the car with Joran and Deepak was driving.

what is the likelihood that this many fiends can coexist at one time and one place. Rape of a dying person or an indisposed person, or a drugged person...WTF does that say about these guys.

If this is true, the Aruba disorder (of seeking pleasure at the expense of disabled female toursists) is sociopathic of the first order. Understandable, but heinous nonetheless.

Well if I get up in the morning early enough I will transcript the Jossy interviews as it will be faster that the Fox transcribers.

But SW I think this was already known. Or at least I recall reading about it the past. Again like you said they let Deepak and Satish go. Joran is the one that keeps changing his story to work around the lies he gets caught in.

Of course we now have this witness that seen them together in the car between 2:30 and 3:00 am.

But I truly believe that Deepak might end up being the fall guy. If Deepak is innocent he needs to get rid of the lawyer that PVDS suggested he use and start coming clean with what happened. Tell all and declare his innocense while he still is able to walk around free.

I truly believe we are finally seeing this case moving ahead. Most likely all 3 of them will go down as they now know Natalee's family is not giving up and neither will many other Americans let Aruba rest until Natalee comes home.

Nonsense...a mother doesn't put a reward out there that might result in the saving of her daughter if the only evidence is an IOU.

Beth's lawyer and the trustee of the fund at Amsouth would have required more than a loose promise or IOU.
