Maggie, I did read your posts to Scarlet. After the picture, she said that is what she had been looking for, ask for the location. She already knew it was the fisherman's hut. Your answer was Fisherman's Hut. I was under the impression that she wanted the location from previous posts. This was not a hit and run. See what is said if you don't post 24/7? Enough said about this. I'll only read from now on.

Sources if it was a puzzle of 200 pieces, down to three...one being crucial, and if one is caught the other two falling right behind it.
My gut and sources tell me the same thing.

Defense filed a case yesterday to stop the F.B.I. from being involved. They are fighting the case.

It was reported when the very first finding of duct tape and panties were discovered, that DUCT TAPE on Aruba beaches was a very common sight, because the wind surfers use it all the time. Naturally Hair would get stuck to it. Some wind surfers hair went to the FBI!

I only travel to the western caribbean now, and for the last 12 years it has been Cozumel.

We took a cruise to Cozumel on Carnival this past summer. I wasn't impressed with anything there except the clarity of the water. The cruise back to Miami took 6 days as we had to circle off the coast of Cuba to avoid the hurricane.

Now having had some time to consider this information, I'm not sure I find it credible. Jossy is as suspicious to me as about everyone else involved.

I concur. There are things that just don't fit. Too often we get breaking news that is either retracted later or turned out to be untrue.

You have the Kalpoe's mother peaking into their rooms to see if they are there and checking on if the car is there, you have Geraldo supposedly using the wrong date repeatedly. Could the three have been near that raquet club the following morning? Is that where they were when the H/T's arrived at the Sloot home? Is that why they were together at the Sloot home when the H/T's returned?

Natalee approached the black jack table and introduces herself to everyone (which is proper southern custom) yet when Joran tries to speak with her at C and C's she won't talk to him? (Some southern custom).

Then he supposedly tries to speak with her again and she again rejects hims and he allegedly hits her with a closed fist.

...........MBHS guys shield Natalee from Joran when they see him hit her & tell him to take it outside.

........................MB kids say Natalee sticks close to friends & won’t even go to bathroom alone.

Yet, when they leave, Natalee leaves the group to join another further up ahead.

It just seems that for each piece of info there is conflicting info.

Others evidently, didn't think the scenario of Joran hitting Natalee in the bar made sense, so next we had people theorizing that he didn't hit her in the club, but in the car. I found this fascinating that the whole scenario was changed to fit the theories on the board.

I've taken my thoughts off this board, since the ones that have a different opinion are accused of all sorts of ulterior motives rather than some of us just don't see anything more than a circumstantial case. He may have done it, but I'm not dismissing the possibility someone else grabbed Natalee after Joran left.

If you are posting elsewhere on this topic could you freepmiail me where since I'd like to read your posts/thoughts.

Yes, those are possibilities. There are many innocent uses for duct tape.

Don't tell PETA, but I used to duct tape my cats as punishment for going on the sofa. Just one piece around their middle. They hated it so much. Then I would leave duct tape on the sofa cushions at night. They learned to stay off it. Kooky, but it worked!

Nor do I. I continue to wonder what his real motives are, and where is the other El Diario reporter Hebert Teal, the one that said that the newspaper and the ALE was trailing the people that had Natalee. There is something up with Jossy Mansur and it smells. He has been and is orchestrating the entire media version of the case.

someone MUST have heard about this since i read the news article myself:
we had a report over the weekend in the biloxi sun herald that a north carolina shop owner and previous resident of aruba had been called by her friend PVDS the day of the arrests and was told that natalee fell and hit her head and died, but i have read or heard nothing else on this story...anyone out there hear or know anything?
it could be that the original story was the game plan hatched at VDS home (where natalee's final calls for help by cellphone were made--one to a classmate or cousin and one to her mom--with the howling monkey in the background noise)and this story was a "plant" by the elder VDS to get the alibi rolling that the death was accidental...anyway, other than the original article, nothing has been broadcast on this element of the mystery

note: this is PVDS saying this to his friend via long distance the day of the arrests

That's because you were on a cruise and they let you out on the island for 10 to 12 hours and you probably went to the shops and downtown. It is an island that is 32 miles by 12 miles. The other side, east side is wild and beautiful. It would take a week just to get a taste of what the island has to offer. I'm sorry you didnt come a way with a better impression. Give it another chance. The Mayan people who have inhabited the island for centuries are easily the friendliest I have ever met and will gladly welcome you back.
