I know next to nothing about it, but didn't the foam start screwing up when they started making it more "environmentally friendly"?
I believe so.
I think they began pumping out the water when the needed equipment arrived. That would be the reason for not starting sooner and for starting when they did.

I just heard on the tube that they are draining the pond at night...so that the defense team can't see or find out what evidence they uncover..can you believe that?...I mean..it's what, 100x HARDER to find any evidence at night..
More likely the reason is because of spectators/ photographers/ television camera crews.
I'm curious about why it took them so long to come forward.

The Aurban police knew the two security gaurds had valid alibies within hours after their arrest.
Two security guards will file lawsuits for being held 13 days.
PI believes Aurban law enforcement covered up.
