I missed that. But if true, you've asked a mighty good question.
Some thoughts to ponder this morning while we wait:
1. It has become apparent to me that Beth Twitty KNEW that Joran said Deepak killed Natalee, but couldn't tell the public, as she was "fearful" it would compromise the investigation. No wonder she called Deepak a "criminal" in her emotional public statement.
2. IF Paulus VDS had as much pull with Aruban LE as we thought he did, then WHY did they let Deepak go free? After all, it WAS Joran who fingered Deepak as Natalee's killer. LE must not have believed Joran.
3. If they don't find any evidence in that pond today, then we can pretty much assume the search is over for the most part. They can't drain the entire Caribbean..flame away..

There is supposed to be yet ANOTHER witness, who claims he saw something happen at the Landfill AND that he saw where Natalee's body was placed. They are going to search there as well.

This family—everyone in it—is trying their best to find her, and that is a very honorable thing. Please forgive me if it seemed like I was splitting hairs. I was just chagrined to have missed something. Of course, with your posting the transcripts, etc., we never acutally miss anything! :o)
I appreciate all your hard work (and other Freepers too, like sweet maggief) to document it all and provide the latest up-to-the-minute-news. It is WONDERFUL! And so are you! :o)
it does seem to be moving fast with lots of new leads and witnesses all of a sudden. i just hope for closure for that poor family soon.

Yes it was. IIRC, the gardner did not have AC at his house and it was very hot that night. So he was traveling to a friend's house (with AC) when he saw the three in the Kalpoe car almost blocking the small dirt road he was on.

A second new witness told a private investigator hired by Holloway's family that she saw van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers drive into the Racquet Club three times that same night. The woman, who lives near the nightclub, has not yet spoken with investigators, he said.

The witness was on board a helicopter flying over the Mariott and the Aruban Racket Club. In the Monday edition of the Diario. Joran, the principal witness, will be taken to a location based on what the witness said. He has been contained for what is approaching the 2 month mark and still nothing. Searchers of the house and property haven't turned up anything. Two innocent security guards were held and got big reactions out of Aruba. Satish & Deepak Kalpoe, and Joran Van Der Sloot were detained ultimately resulting in the release of the two brothers. The trio were companions of the Alabama student from America. Also, the father of Joran, Paulus, was detained in the jail, but his freedom came soon after a week of incarceration, and he resumed his freedom also.
Yet, the young 17 year old, Joran Van der Sloot, still remains in detention. The team remains encouraged at the home of Natalee and says they owe a great deal to the cooperation and support of the Dutch, Americans, & Arubans and all of the cooperation of the local government.
Mother of Natalee, Beth Twitty, decided to up the reward to $200,000 dollars, but then on Monday she announced that it would be raised to 1 million dollars for the 1 tip leading to the return of Natalee.
This witness came forward then and provided this link between Joran and the Aruba Racquet Club and the lead prosecutor. The Chief editor of the daily paper, is starting to notice movement in the case. And on Monday the "chief suspect" will board a helicopter, together with the commissioner and the interrogators. The Aruban Police's Helicopter was seen flying in circles in the area of the Holiday Inn and fisherman's huts. That was the area in focus, along the beach, and arrived at the Aruban Racquet Club. Joran is known to be seen around the area of the Racquet Club, and the clue can't do anything, but good, for the investigation.
After a leg of tennis one might arrive a the beach near the area of the fisherman's huts where you can practice windsurfing. The area here, is one were Joran, who is a member, and would be familiar with, even with his eyes closed, like the palm of his hand.
Monday at an unknown hour the helicopter is going back up. Which seems to give indication that they may have seen something. Descriptions of the gray colored car continue to be given by witnesses who took notice of the, confiscated vehicle, which is being searched for evidence to encourage that the investigation is ongoing and that the case has an open door. While the helicopter is to go on flying and can on go as observers on the ground more or less, "continue to wait".
The trio, Deepak & Satish Kalpoe and Joran were said to have been spotted in the vehicle blocking the road just near the witness. This is one huge matter and enough to catch the attention of principal investigators on the ground. During the Daily Paper's course of investigation it lead to present several international tips. Also, according to the Daily Paper the FBI is being brought out, and will continue to play a large role in the investigation.
The high commissioner is to appear on a cable of TV channel in Virginia on one interview with high commissioner of Aruba, Mr. Ronny Bernadina, Kendey continuing to paint Aruba in a positive light and pro vent negative effects on Aruba's tourism; according to an Aruban local. DNA results are to be back from DNA-lab in Quantico, Virginia any day. They are hoping this can resolve the case of Natalee Holloway on Aruba. They want the case solved because, Aruba is an island of much safety and they do not have evidence to get a conviction at this time. "I am hoping for an end based on conclusions reached at the laboratory and I am waiting for my clue owing a great deal to the laboratory's of Aruba, Holland and the FBI. I am also hoping to resolve the case but we do not have the answers yet says Bernadina as he describes the case of Natalee. Because, it is difficult and strange, but we have reason to believe we will arrive at one conclusion.
Clarivedente is to see cell site reports of the daily paper and also to follow several recommendations of the "calling tipsters". America is to be assured we will achieve finding Natalee's whereabouts if we at all can. One beautiful, young lady here on our happy island tragically disappeared with few clues left behind in the same area as the cell site. As you can see the evidence of here just near the Aruba Racquet Club has one cell site also.

We have waited to announce this until we got final confirmation as there is a special honor for the monkeys.
Red has been invited to go to Aruba with Texas Equusearch this Thursday. He will be working with a team to help find Natalee and also will be reporting live on the ground in Aruba.
