Natalee Holloway and friends in Aruba 5/30/05
They let those newborns in after hours? What are they doing, nothing good I am sure.
Texas Equusearch is Arriving on Aruba Today
July 26th, 2005 by Scared Monkeys -->
http://www.scaredmonkeys.com/
The team is starting to arrive again in Aruba today. There are reports that they have gone over to the landfill on MSNBC, but we do not have confirmation on that yet.
One of the people accompanying Tim Miller, head of Equusearch, is Paul Wehnert, an executive with Health Consultants in Houston, Texas. He is bringing with him some amazing high tech search equipment to the the island. It is a Gas Detector. Here is the information we got from Texas Equusearch about it today.
The gas detection equipment is a piece of equipment that was developed to detect gas leaks in gas lines/pipes. A tech was checking for leaks along a pipeline one day and kept getting readings that drew him away from the pipe. He followed the signal and found human remains. I believe its methane gas that it detects. The one they are bringing is highly sensitive and will be able to detect decomposing remains for up to 3-4 months.
While this is not a positive sign that Natalee is alive, it is an example of the tools that are being brought to bear on the case.
Another member of the search team is Robert Cooke. He is from the Austin Texas area, and also has a missing daughter.
Rachel Cooke, Roberts daughter, Rachel, is an accomplished cross-country runner. She left her home in the Northlake development on FM 3405 northwest of Georgetown, Texas (north of Austin) on the morning of Thursday, January 10, 2002, to go on her usual 3-4 mile morning jog around the neighborhood. Sometime around 11 AM, near the end of her run and possibly within 200 yards of home, she disappeared.
They have a website to help find her, so if you know anything about this case, please go to http://rachelcookesearch.org/.
Let's just hope it is for evidence as well.
"There are reports that they have gone over to the landfill on MSNBC,"
The landfill is on MSNBC. (that explains a few things.)
Another update for RWV:
Reader update: A CNN photographer has been asked to leave the area where the pond is said to be being drained.
I am news deprived here for the next couple of weeks, but since Natalee is a native of nearby Clinton, MS, we get a little news about her everyday.
Two new witnesses have come forward?
Jossy said he doesn't NEED to sell anymore papers
The 'money' in the newspaper business is in the advertising revenue.
Are the cadaver dogs gone? Couldnt they just run them over to the lake?
Thank you, Lord, for the ole backspace button.
Very good point.
Ah, I wonder if they got a net at the racket club?
Good idea there.
It may be a lot better than finding her in the ocean, though, or from being in the ground. If the area does have a high salt content, (hopefully) there won't be as much deterioration as in other areas. < /conjecture >
CNN is the only cable news station the Arubans get, right??
He forgot the part where she stumbled into the net then fell in the pond.
Why use a pond when they had a big old ocean right there and a side of the island where bodies would go out. And boats. I don't get this myself.
Jug Twitty tells Fox News this may finally be the week something "big" will happen.
