A graduate of the GM school for Crash Test Dummies in parroting Democrat talking-points, in 2004. Williams received his Crash Test Dummies award for providing the most consecutive talking-point sound bites without a net, as he was consistently shot down by expert marksmen: Brit Hume, William Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, Fred Barns and others.

Schumer is equating judicial reasoning with mainstream (whatever that is)thinking. They are far from the same thing.

That's about all you can with Juan, laugh. Most things he says are just too outlandish or partisan to take seriously. I like it when he appears on O'Reilly in a split-screen next to Tony Snow, and Bill takes him to task for his partisanship while Tony just smiles and shakes his head in his little screen.

Give Russert credit where it's due--he called out Durbin on his own (abeit former) anti-abortion sentiments. Durbin is a hypcrite, and a pandering wuss.

yup , but I betcha the democRATS do something stupid in September when all their requests have been rebuffed I sure hope so. It's kind of a given that they'll do something stupid. Hopefully not stupid and successful, like with Bolton. I hope they do something both stupid and fatal to their cause.

Schumer has apparently now decided that judges SHOULD NOT make law. Now we're going to hear why Roberts has to answer questions that Ginsberg did not. No paper trail.

Schumer is apparently under the impression that we "little" people can't read between the lines! I didn't go to Harvard, but nor did I fall off a turnip truck!
No paper trail, indeed!

No paper trail.Didn't I read that the reason for this is because the dems held up his appointment for many years? (I think 13?)
No paper trail is their own fault!

The company that I work for has a joint venture company in China and what you say is quite true about what the Chinese wanted 15 years ago. I can remember the General Manager at the Company in China (a China National) his greatest ambition in life was to have a car. I wonder what it is today.
It is strange though in some ways they have jumped forward massively yet there are still some areas even not far from major cities that still appear like something out of a Dickens novel.
Also there is still a lot of issues regarding quality of raw material what is supposedly a type and grade of steel often is more like putty than steel.

Hopefully not stupid and successful, like with Bolton.Bolton should be at the UN in a couple of weeks. He will not be weakened because he has majority support in the Senate and the full backing of the President. Screw the DUmmie Senators, they're like spoiled children nipping at Bush's ankles, LOl.
