2nd to last sentence needs a "public good" in there somewhere, I think.

go doug go!!!

If there is any justice in this world, he should have to move ever 6 months for the rest of his life!

If you really want to get to him, you should go after his family's properties as well. Wonder if he has any property that has been in the family for generations? Nothing worse than having the family mad at you!

I wish I could link to an editorial that was in my (NH Union Leader) paper a couple days ago. It said that the Selectmen in the town of Weare were ever so much wiser than the SCOTUS as they rejected the taking of private land for such activities. If only the SCOTUS had done the same.

Has anybody heard Souter's response to this effort to steal his house from him using his own ridiculous decision? I would love to know what he thinks.

P.S. ... Informing him that he will carry the mortgage which will be subordinated to the seven million construction load is an especially nice touch.

need to have something in there about how the property is being purchased in order to promote the public interest through increased tax revenue, as well as the potential to employ 60-100 full-time employees upon completion, as well as bringing significant revenue to the town through the increased tourism to the area that the development will cause.

mispelled INSPECTION

I like it. Illustrating absurdity with the absurd.

Just wondering, why is Judge Souter the only SCJ who is getting this treatment?

5. SUBORDINATION. Seller to subordinate the seller financing described in No. 4 above to a construction loan of no greater than $7,000,000 at prevailing rate and terms.

I would NEVER subordinate a 1st. position without additional consideration(s).

Nice touch Doug. As one broker to another that is a nice little twist. Should get the city fathers salivating.

You also have to send offers to buy to at least two of Souter's neighbors, or you won't be able to move into phase 2 of your evil plan. That's what Kelo demands, and that's what they'll get.
