That's a good question. Do any of the others in the Kelo majority have valuable properties that could turn a profit be put to good public use?

Maybe because he is the one appointed by Bush 41 who turned out to be a major league disappointment. And he's not married, so we wouldn't be kicking kids of of their home if we have it condemned. :)
