Call me a homophobe, but I don't believe overt kissing, cuddling, petting, you name it, will win any undecideds over. Some things are better not done in public. The technical reason for this is, as I best recall, the ick factor.

This is so heteronormative.

Oh yes, explaining THAT to my five year old would be fun. Grrr. Then again, I am not fond of ANYBODY doing an extensive liplock complete with Roman hands and Russian fingers in public.

It all has a big "ick" factor to me. Them being gay would have just made matters a bit more gross (imo).

Caaaaack! I would have left the restaurant. (Probably would have left any remnants of my dinner on the restaurant floor.) But, I'm a hate monger too.

This is what you get when you establish gay marriage.

I most definitely would have complained to the management. Homosexual or heterosexual, this kind of PDA is unacceptable.

I once made out with a girl in a certain cathedral. Of course, I was 18 and didn't have much sense at the time. The fact that two guys can't control themselves in a public place in their early 30s is not merely wrong, but pathetic as well.

Look at us. We're just dying for attention and want to rock your world.

I'll put my bet on this. Being gay, they were probably hoping for possible lawsuit action to follow as in the Dodgers case mentioned.

I saw two women do a similar thing right in front of us at Church during Mass.

Back in the 70's (in other words, pre-AIDS) I lived in a top floor walk-up in Anchorage, AK. The apartment under mine had the exact same layout. There was a hetero couple living there for a couple of years. Sometimes I would hear the sounds of passion late at night. No problem.

They moved out and a homosexual male moved in. Then the weekend-long orgies started. I heard things through the floor that would make a maggot puke. You know, prior to this happening I had never thought much about homosexuality. After that, I realized what a sick, unnatural lifestyle choice this is.

It would be wise for homosexuals to keep their lifestyle choice out of the public eye (they won't) because when people realize what really goes on between them, well, just YECCHHH!

I would have walked over past the table and "accidentally" performed a fall in such a way as to knock their table into their laps. I then would have "peter sellersed" it even further in presenting my sincere and fulsome apologies in such a way as to make their situation full of more and more accidents.

The fags don't want to "win us over" they want to shove their "lifestyle" in our face and force us to grow tolerant or even numb to it.

For example, the gay pride parades held around the world... Are you growing more accepting by watching the naked debauchery paraded down your city street?

What have we started to do - ignore it, grow numb to it.

I will not accept this as normal - It won't happen - not with me!

A couple, in their late 20s or early 30s, held hands, deeply kissed and couldn't take their hands off one another. The young lovers were both men.

Too much information!

Statement: "A couple, in their late 20s or early 30s, held hands, deeply kissed and couldn't take their hands off one another. The young lovers were both men."

Response: A frequent and vigourous application of the whip would soon suppress this revolting behavior. However, that would take strength. In place of strength we now have tolerance. Yet there is a Positive element in being forced to witness perversion first hand. We are learning the true meaning of the words and phrases: "Tolerance," "Equality," "Room at the Table," "The Big Tent," "Empowerment," etc. etc. Enjoy the concept of license!
