So what do the Democrats and their mouthpieces do now?

Based on past actions, they keep digging.

Good article.
They feel if they own communications, they own the world. It was fine for them when the only choice for news was them, but now they have younger/newer/smarter competition, and they can't stand it!
The dinosaur press is getting old. People are looking elsewhere.

No, Wlady. It's not at all sad when it becomes clear that behind the posturing, meanness, and vile haughtiness stands a broken collective of lowlifes with nowhere to go, no prospects for recovery, no chance to regain anyone's respect.

In fact, it's always refreshing to watch the bullies' world end--ignobly, ignominiously, and with a whimper.

And no one has ever described the Democrats more accurately.

The Democrats' minions in the press complain that Bush respects them less and less.

The left has taken this waaaaay beyond an issue of "respect".

And it wasn't even Karl Rove who did them in. (Don't they wish they had him to kick around again.) It was instead the political genius who always does them in at key moments, our fox of a president, George W. Bush. All day Tuesday he had them sent on wild goose chases. Then come 9:00 p.m. primetime, he trotted out his golden swan. Soon they were kicking themselves, as nonviolently as possible, for permitting Bush free rein, coast to coast, on every major channel and network out there. But given that they'd turned the O'Connor retirement into the biggest event since the deaths of John Lennon, Ronald Reagan, and John Paul II combined, it was only fitting that Bush rose to the occasion in naming her successor.

LOL! How beautiful is THIS??

Our stealth President at work again.........the dumb cowboy outsmarting the entire gang of bandits that are trying to destroy him. Too sweet!

Thanks for the ping, WT!

Sometimes *retreat* can be a good thing. It gives you the chance to tend to the wounded, revise plans, and count the remaining ammunition. They don't understand that concept. *Charge* is the only word they know in this war against this President. They are crawling, limping, battered, bruised, bleeding, dazed, crazed, and slowly going irreversably insane. Some army they have assembled!
