This latest claim Valerie PLAME'S identity was revealed then leaked in a memo is TWISTED BEYOND BELIEF.

The memo referred to her as VALERIE WILSON

This latest theory that the super secret identity of VALERIE PLAME was LEARNED from a memo then leaked from that memo is BOGUS.

The Washington Post reported Thursday the identity of Valerie Plame -- identified by her married name of Valerie Wilson --

Investigators are also trying to determine whether the gist of the information in the document, including the name of the C.I.A. officer, Valerie Wilson, Mr. Wilson's wife ,

This prosecutor better hurry up, this man is losing credibility every day that more leaks come from his investigation. At a minimum this prosecutor should address the press and clear the air, since his incompetence with continued leaks has smeared a White House official.

According to Plames boss (now retired), Plame blew her own cover when she started dating Wilson. He no longer considered her covert from that point on, and she was put at a desk. Fox did an interview with him.
I really don't think this investigation is about outing Plame. That was done years ago.

Wilson should take a voluntary dirt nap. The DUers could hysterically bay for ________ (insert suspect) head on murder charges.

I agree Wilson is a scumbag, but I'm starting to wonder about this prosecutor.

I think Rove is a distraction to keep the press busy. The leaks are just to keep the story going.
Fitzgerald could never do his job with the press getting in the way, especially when they're so deeply involved in everything from leaked WMD info to the Niger scam.

Plame blew her own cover when she started dating Wilson

Apparently while they were in bed during a date. I wonder if she told this to everyone she slept with.

I think this investigation has taken long enough, how long has it been 2 years? Come on... fish or cut bait.

Agree with you, this investigation is nothing what the media si saying it is, remember what you are reading is just the MSM spin on it, they have no idea what the investigation is actually about.

Just think 2 years is long enough. Seems like he thinks the gravy train(our tax dollars) lasts forever.

There was also a quote posted on another thread that talked about the dirty 11. These are 11 retired CIA agents who are now writing Washington demanding they do something about CIA leaks.
According to the quotes from this discussion with this man, the dirty 11 were thought to be the ones who wrote the fake yellow cake documents brought out from Italy.
That's why I think the "leak" story is to keep the press busy. There's a lot more going on right now than leaking the name of a CIA clerk.

Ah - a bit of intrique. You mentioned Italy. I'll mention Spain and their arrest warrants for the CIA guys that nabbed the terrorists in Spain and spirited them away.

It was posted by someone else on another thread. Yesterday, maybe? I can't verify it for you. If it's true, it'll come out in the wash. The cream always floats to the top.

The press is treading water. The NYT just keeps reporting the same story over and over with a few changed words. Their leak isn't there for them any more. She's sitting in a jail cell. The only stories they have are the ones spoon fed to them. They're getting boring, aren't they?
