It almost might, too. As I understand it, the Grand Jury is set to expire in October (although it could be extended), but Fitzgerald has no deadline on his investigation.

The prosecutor has said that he interested in conversations that Cooper and Miller had with a source on subjects other than Plame's CIA identity. That means that the investigation has moved on to other subjects. It looks to me that the prosecutor is looking for security leaks to the media from inside the CIA.
