I sense, intuitively, that you think Palme ahas mercenary motives.

Actually, you communicated this plausible fact ($$$$$$$ as a motive for Ms. Judith Miller) very well & I commend you for it.

I just don't know for sure. But she should likely be able to captalize on her jail time.

Her motives may be pure in her own mind, but the outcome will be probably complcated. There might be unintended consequences. (Safe bet; there almost always are in a world where evil exists.) And $$$$$ will be part of the result.
