She'll vote NO. Not that you asked...but I think Hillary will vote "yes" on this one and keep her powder dry for a Thomas/Scalia appointment to Chief Justice.

99% sure the Dems will filibuster if they even smell a hint of anti-abortion, Roe vs. Wade is a bad law, from Roberts. Hope the Republicans bring mattresses or simply just end the judicial filibuster.
