Not that you asked...but I think Hillary will vote "yes" on this one and keep her powder dry for a Thomas/Scalia appointment to Chief Justice.

My guess is that anyone running for POTUS as a Dem has to vote against all SCTOUS judges. JMHO.

THE HILLARY VOTE:

Meant to add...Hillary loses nothing and gains everything (SEEMING to move center...remember her recent comments on abortion...don't forget that) by voting yes on this one...since it is almost certain to happen anyway....

She can save her pandering to her base for the Chief Justice....
