Leahy also said - this is going to be a LENGTHY process. My bet this is their last ditch effort - Schumer just said - he will be answering these questions in the coming "months". I would like to go to sleep and wake up after these "months" are over and Judge Roberts sits on the Supreme Court.
I have been reading this thread, and I am patiently waiting for someone to post proof that Roberts is a conservative. A 99-0 voice vote in 2003 for a place on the DC Court screams moderate -- another O'Connor -- exactly what Specter asked for. I dread we have been 'Bushed' again.

"Lots of Questions to be answered in the coming months". Schumer is laying the groundwork for a filibuster. RIght before our eyes. Frist needs to warm up the nuclear button. It's going to be needed.
