"So?"

Just the messenger -- just posting the "news."

Anyone remember the famous photo of Bush, Card, Rove taken on 9/11/01? Perhaps Rove declined the invitation. That's my guess.

I didn't get my invite either. Maybe I shouldn't have expressed my desire for onion rings to be on the menu:)

I can't find one thing on that menu that I would want to eat, so I would stay home too.

I spotted offerings on the menu that I worm my dog with.

I missed the S.R. panel this evening. Did they talk about Rove? If so what did they say?

I missed some of it, but the guy filling in for Fred (Bill Sammon?) basically re-iterated that there was no crime committed and the grand jury would most likely clear Rove. Mort Kondracke apologized for "spouting the White House line" but stated that we should wait for the results of the investigation. The liberal chick I believe said something typically liberal. Brit was concerned about the poll numbers showing the public thought the White House was not being forthcoming on the CIA leak issue.

The menu looks like a huge salad buffet. Not my idea of a dinner "out" either.

I guess that picture of Bush taking a very deliberate walk with Rove in front of reporters the other day doesn't mean anything...

"For the second day in a row, Karl Rove was at President Bush's side in a highly public appearance on Friday, a signal that Mr. Bush continues to support him" - from the liberal rag, the NY Times

I don't know - I sort of would like to taste that "basmati rice with currants and pistachios"

When I was growing up, pistachio was a common ice cream flavor. Now it is sort of hard to find. Everything is a variant of "cookie dough".

Hot off the Drudgeline... BREAKING... (wind) again!

I'd be surprised if Rove did attend all such events.
