To: Alas Babylon!

My favorite scene today was Chuck Schumer on FTN.

Schumer said he didn't think that a law had been violated in L'Affaire L'Plame. Yet Schumer prided himself in being the first to ask for a special prosecutor to investigate the matter.

Why did Schumer ask for a prosecuter to investigate a matter when he didn't think a crime was committed? Will the MSM ever ask? And if Schumer has changed his mind regarding whether a crime has been committed, which facts have changed his mind?

It is PAINFULLY obvious this story lost its legs too fast.

The "special prosecutor" demand was stage II of the Rove attack.

It is apparent the NEW media has exposed the fraud of this story.

The ONLY reason for a special prosecutor in this non-crime story is to drag it out.

Democrats want the issue not the solution.

I am glad you brought that up about what Schumer said about how HE asked for a special prosecutor...

Because, some of the dems and libs have been saying that it is obvious that the CIA and the Justice Department felt that a crime had been committed because THEY started the investigation...

NOW, Schumer admits that he had to "push" for the investigation!!!

Good catch!
