I like Laura Ingraham I still think one her most hilarious comments was referring to John Edwards as silky pony. In case people do not realise you can listen to her on the net. Unfortunately due to time difference I only get occasionally to hear her the same as Rush and Sean do their show again both of these can be listened on the net.
I think there are independent forces involved. Technology and the ability to mass broadcast being one, television being another, as people are more easily influence by pictures than by words, and by market forces that resulted in consolidation of press ability in the hands of fewer and fewer people.
I haven't studied it, but wonder if there was a parallel construction of "journalism schools" to provide people to fill the news reader and news reporter roles.
Orrin Hatch just made Palgerist Joe Biden look like a complete fool on CNN...
Biden- "middle class people can smell a rat when they see one"
Hatch- "he (Biden) is not middle class"....
actually the primary reason for not having the stand in ask too much is to prevent any potential breach of attorney client communication with someone who is not going to be representing the client.
If innocent until proven guilty is so bad, why not adopt the French legal system of Guilty until PROVEN innocent.
Oh, do you mean, Lackoff, rhymes with Jack___???? LOL
No way, I thought it was country food. Just in case I can heat the label off and no one will know.
:0)
Understood and I agree. The trick for the trial attorney is to have plausible deniability. Although, I've seen that stretched to the point of being ridiculous. Nothing is worse than seeing a judge chuckle over something the attorney did or said that was so obviously false, and then get away with it.
FOFL!!! .. I love this guy
I would have liked it if Mehlman referenced THIS poll.
The Gallup organization noted that public trust in television news and newspapers reached an all-time low this year, with 28 percent of responders expressing high confidence in them.

Russert & NBC need Ombudsman or else they will be scolded by the public.
Yes that was also a good interview.
ROTFLOL
Yep.
Tne others have some smoky pant.
There seem to be too many 'one issue' conservative voters - who want everyone to agree with them 100% of the time or it is time to bash them.
John Podesta who should be in Federal prison for the rest of his life for all the lies he told under oath and the damage he did to this country! Who cares what that jerk has to say?! I guess they couldn't get anyone else stupid enough to go on and try to defend what Joe Wilson and his "double super secret spy" wife who should be fired for politicizing the CIA and trying to bring down a president with the help of her former ambassador husband.
