Schaffer was arrested Wednesday by federal agents and faces weapons and drug charges. He remains in federal custody in Los Angeles.
No date has been set on when Schaffer will appear in court on the charges, said a representative of the U.S. Attorney's office in Los Angeles.
Police believe Schaffer traded handguns with Vineland Boyz street gang members in exchange for cocaine.

So he was part owner in a taxicab company that the GANG used for transport of weapons and drugs....can't we call that a Terrorist Act, and he can be also charged under some of the new statues enacted with regard to the War on Terror?

I was listening to my scanner the night the piece of slime murdered MP. I was there and remember his service. I placed a book of thoughts and well wishes generated by LE from all over world at the memorial by the PDFD. I REALLY want to be there if you decide to play this at the City Council meeting.

I am not sure of her party affiliation, but I know this woman I see her almost daily. We have children in the same schools. This is really freaking me out.
Someone I spoke with told me Vander Borght's son is involved too. Haven't seen news stories backing this up though.
The sad thing is two police officers are dead because of these peoples involvement.
She doesn't look like a druggie. But then we have a porn star running for Lieutenant Governor. I think I'll vote for her. A big body builder and a porn star slumming around in Sacramento could be curious fun. Politicians in CA must pass the cartoon character test before they get elected.
