My sister and her son need the FR Prayer Warriors. My nephew is 24 years old and needs your prayers. Here is an email I received from another sister:
Chris is very ill and needs to be added to your prayer lists. He has spent months dealing with bleeding ulcers that have never properly healed. He spent last evening in the ER but they eventually turned him away and said there was nothing they could do for him. He can't get in to see his doctor until next Tuesday and is in an extreme amount of pain. He took a lab test yesterday for his gall bladder, but no results until next week. Pain medication isn't helping much and he's not sleeping or eating. He's lost a tremendous amount of weight. This morning, Chris was delivering a car for his job and ran up onto a sidewalk. He's passed out twice now at work. Jeanne's (my sister)neighbor picked him up and took him home. Jeanne has a flight out tomorrow morning to be with Chris. Jeanne has applied for Chris to see the doctors at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. This is normally a long process for approval...PRAY THAT THIS WILL BE EXPEDITED. Chris is about to give up because the pain is so intense and no relief in sight. Jeanne is very fragile and extremely stressed out. She has been dealing with family illness for so long and she just can't cut a break. Pray for her continued patience and ability to deal with all of the negative energies around her.
DONE!
Prayer Warriors...Chris needs your prayers!!!!
Please address your posts to Auntbee....
Thanks, everyone.
Prayer bump.
(Romans 10:17)
Let me add a few more prayer warriors to this list...
My prayers are with him.
Prayers up.
I hope G-d heals him.
Prayers sent!
Prayers for Chris and the family. God, please keep this family extra close in your care, give them strength, healing and lift them up in a mighty way, to know that you are with them and that all things are possible through you. Amen.
My brother recently had emergency surgery for a perforated ulcer. It was a horrible experience. I'm just grateful that they finally doped him up so much that he can't remember the pain that he was in while the emergency room was trying to decide what the problem was. Prayers for your sister and nephew.
Prayers rising!
I will pray for Chris. My 20-year-old daughter has been having medical problems now for 2 years and they have also involved the gall bladder. Her tests turned up normal, but we fortunately had a persistent doctor. It wasn't until they did a nuclear scan that we discover she had biliary dyskinesis which involves the improper functioning of CCK, a peptide hormone. Many of her medical problems involves hormones, so I'm convinced its either her thyroid or pituary that is not working properly. All this just to say that I pray Jeanne can stick with him through this and insist that the right diagnostic tests are done. And just because the GB tests come back negative doesn't mean there's no gall bladder problems. Chris must be very frustrated and frightened. God bless him.
Please keep us updated on this, and let Chris know that we're all pulling for him. I'm sure this will be taken care of -- and he can only keep his sanity by being patient and courageous.
But I have to say: if Chris is passing out from this, the docs are guilty of malpractice. "Nothing they can do" my foot. "Can't see you 'til Tuesday" my @$$.
Somebody (you?) has got to grab the docs by the nostrils and explain to them the facts of the case, or find a doctor who can work with him right away. This does not sound like a "wait and see" sort of problem.
Thank you all for your prayers. As soon as I hear something I will update.
Done!
I hope he can recover.
Prayers for God's healing for these suffering souls.
