Mountain Brook High School graduate Natalee Holloway went missing May 30 during a senior trip to Aruba. AP photo
Why would you post some MB students stated a shoving match never happened, when it clearly did?
Because I am able of posting what I have read thus far.
And if that was posted by one or more MB students why do you not want what everyone that was on the trip posted or has said in interviews? Why some and not all? Some MB students state that they saw Natalee get in the car with Joran, others did not see.
Some state that Natalee met Joran on that Sunday, some state she met him a couple of days prior to that Sunday. Out of 140 something students on the trip some saw things that others did not.
Were you there? Are you sure that everything that you have posted happened just the way that you have posted it?
From Caribbean Way:
"Aruba weather varies significantly from its Caribbean counterparts due to its southwestern location. Though tropical, meaning that temperature varies little here between seasons, Aruba weather is also very dry. Its 'rainy' season consists of brief shower bursts that rarely last long or appear for several days in a row. Aruba weather doesn't include the humidity that other islands do either, making it one of the driest locales in the region. This also spares it from the hurricane paths which sometimes swath across the Leeward chain. As a result, Aruba weather is beautiful, though unchanging, throughout the year - an average of 82 degrees prevails almost twelve months of the year. Nighttime Aruba weather is seldom more than 3-5 degrees from that of the day. Aruba weather is so constant, in fact, that local newspapers public weather reports only occasionally, on the odd day when Aruba weather isn't sunny and warm."
That said, the humidity in Aruba today is 89%. Although I found it quite dry when I was there. (Being used to NYC summers.)
Oh Jim, sorry to hear that. We will keep you informed. We will save a place just for you.
It was posted that it was in her bag (inhaler). What does in her bag mean? In her suitcase or in her purse?
I'm thinking it means purse. Thoughts?
Yep.
This is not about you nor me.
People who use an inhaler usually carry it with them at all times because you will never know when it is needed. My daughter carries one and although she rarely uses it, she tries to remember to always have it available.
I think there's disinformation mixed in with some truth, here. Typical for aruban LE. I don't believe this happened in C and C's. It happened in the car. Remember the kalpoo mom saying joran and Natalee were going to mess up the car? The truth probably was that joran was getting rough. If any hit happened, it happened in the car.
Ohhh...thanks for the insight, especially us not knowing the gender of the student who saw the "punch". Girls would probably just leave the situation instead of having a confrontation.
Her parents, from what I've understood, have been told that she is probably dead. I assume that they were told that for a reason. However, we do not know whether or not she is still alive and we don't know about that cell phone call. Beth does. I also assume that a big reason Beth refuses to give up is that Natalee just could still be alive, needing her help.
http://www.coffeepotghost.com/Natalee_Holloway_Clues.html Just posted on SM. Interesting looking site.
thanks, monkeywrench. Another interesting thought.
Supposedly her cousin (Tim?) got into a shoving match with Sloot. I'm not sure if this is a separate instance or not. Then again, some say no shoving match happened. I would think her cousin would be one to keep a clser eye on her than the others, especially if she had rebuffed Sloot earlier.
Bump and thanks!!

Yes, if Beth thought she was dead I believe she wouldn't be trying so hard to find her (although I'm sure she would want to know what happened to her) but she and her family, relatives and friends are all very strong Christians and believe in the power of prayer and something (the Holy Spirit) is telling them she is alive and not to give up. I wonder if they've considered hiring a private detective... probably wouldn't cost them any more than what they are trying to do on their own with very little to show for their efforts so far.
One friend said her eyes looked funny, were heavy and half closed. That tipped me off.
