Sex-harass City Councilman Allan Jennings slapped Speaker Gifford Miller with a lawsuit yesterday for refusing to fund a mailing of his newsletter..........
........Jennings (D-Queens) was found to have demeaned female employees, asked them out on dates, made lewd comments, inappropriately touched them and made some of them clean his house.
The beleaguered lawmaker was hit with a $5,000 fine and thrown off his committee assignments after a two-year investigation, followed by a nine-month closed-door trial by the council's Standards and Ethics Committee.
Jennings hasn't paid the fine and Miller (D-Manhattan) has moved to garnishee his wages.
In his lawsuit, and in letters to the city's top lawyer, Michael Cardozo, Jennings said there was no time schedule for him to pay the fine and that blocking his newsletter was an additional punishment which is illegal without a council vote.
A council spokesman, Steve Sigmund, said he had not seen the lawsuit but confirmed that production of the newsletter was denied until the lawmaker could meet his obligation to the body and pay his fine.

None of this matters according to self-important, me-first Jennings. Guy's sense of entitlement is in overdrive.
Jennings is Dumbocracy personified. Watta "sensitive, tolerant and compassionate" sonofagun (gag).

Incredible.
What a circus the Democrat party has become.
This seems to be what the democrats thing public "service" is all about. They service the public like a bull services a heffer.
It's always so nice to see trouble in the evil donkey's barn. For those outside of NYC, things like this are exactly why they don't have a chance to win back the mayor's seat.
