My understanding is that there is no "there there" because no crime was committed. But what is Fitzgerald doing, then?
This thread is severely lacking.
speculation from York is that Fitzgerald either knows what Miller is hiding and needs her to verify it or that she's protecting herself (and the media) and thus cannot aford to testify (and thus give up the jig on the media's complicity in concocting this whole fraud).
Hugh Hewitt says that Miller's duplicity in these matters means she must have been the source.
Actually the thread if packed with info, if you'll click on the links in post #2. York brings up in one of those articles that after learning that the Feds were about to raid the Holyland Foundation, Miller called them up asking for comment, which tipped them off to the raid and set off a spree of shredding documents. There is a whole lot more to this than just what Rove talked about to Cooper.
Fitzgerald is a Democrat making a name for himself attacking a Republican administration. BUT: Miller thwarted Fitgerald when he tried to bust a terrorist-donating Islamic charity: she forewarned the charity with a call asking them if the knew they were about to be raided, and they shredded evidence before the feds arrived...he's after HER as well...
