Approximately 2 PM EST, the building that houses several companies on Oak Tree Blvd, opened a suspicious package, several people are ill and have received medical treatment. On of the companies is Clear Channel Radio, Cleveland's WTAM broadcasts there, and currentely are not available to stream their broadcasts. (They are streaming FOX sports.)
Anyone in the Northern Ohio/Western Pennsylvania/Southern Michigan area can receive the live broadcast on WTAM 1100 AM with Mike Trivasonno and his staff, they are broadcasting from a temporary studio set up in the parking lot.
There are no commercials, sports, traffic reports due to the building being evacuated.

Someone didn't like a program? Cleveland DUmmies are probably overjoyed since it was a Clear Channel station.
Travisonno saying three people went to the hospital and now saying that hazmat guys are taking off their gear.

Ah, somebody lost their house due to non-payment of the mortgage, and they're taking it out on the lender. Or it's some wild love triangle thing. Or somebody who got fired from NovaStar getting back at his/her boss.

The package was simply an application from a broker...
I know several people that work there. Now this is what I am talking about! Nice work, FReeper! Keep the details coming.

Three buildings on site, set up in a 3/4 circle arrangement. I can't tell from my maps which building what business is located in.. I'd like to know that, actually.
The buildings are surrounded by a very large parking lot so no one else would be at risk.

Scary but true, it was sent by one of our employees.
I wonder if anyone elver told him/her/it that their package caused a "suspicious mail" drill...?

I am a loan officer for a mortgage broker and I do send loans to this Novastar branch (remember this is the wholesale side, not the Novastar that you can walk right into and get a loan, this branch goes through brokers-but it's the same company.) Good group of guys/gals up there.

I know one of the ones that went to the hospital. Maybe for once we will get to hear the true inside story...unless the ban on talking to outsiders stays permanent.
