This is good but where are our Republican Senators and Congressmen on this? Why are they soooo afraid of Hillary?

comparing President Bush to Mad magazine's freckle-faced, "What, me worry?" kid, Alfred E. Neuman.

Rather have someone who dosen't worry and fear and smiles then some scank ass b!tch who sneears and lives off of fear and loathing.

"Such thinly veiled rhetoric doesn't change the fact she is part of today's angry and adrift Democrat Party."

Why are they soooo afraid of Hillary?

------
And why is the media so afraid of Hitlery? Threats of some sort for sure - such as no campaign advertising? Why did the MSM cower away from having the tell-all-book writer interviews cancelled? Is it unreasonable to assume the Klinton Mafia is running the MSM? And the comments about the Marxist Medusa leave out what she really is -- a power-mad part of the adrift and irrelevant liberal Dem party...and the list goes on.

"At a time when President Bush and most elected officials are focused on the security of our nation, Mrs. Clinton seems focused on taking partisan jabs and promoting her presidential campaign," added New York's GOP chairman, Stephen Minarik. "Her priorities are clearly out of whack."

What a stupid, whining response. This is what I expect from Democrats, not Republicans.

He should not question Ms. Clinton's right to make her comments, nor attack her for being "partisan."

He would have done better to cite the point I made in another thread, to wit:

History shows that Mrs. Clinton lacks the expertise to make serious economic criticisms of the current administration, since in addition to her ridiculous attempt to nationalize one-seventh of the US economy through socialized medicine, she and her co-President Bill Clinton also demonstrated their abysmal economic ineptitude by inheriting a growing economy and leaving office with an economy virtually in recession.

During the election cycle of 1992, George Bush the elder lost his job after Bill Clinton hammered him relentlessly for having caused the “worst economy of the last 50 years.”

In fact, as CNN’s Brooke Jackson has reported: “Three days before Christmas 1992, the National Bureau of Economic Research finally issued its official proclamation that the recession had ended 21 months earlier. What became the longest boom in U.S. history actually began nearly two years before Clinton took office.”

This last sentence is particularly telling, since public perception is that Clinton inherited a bad economy and saved it by raising taxes during his first term – something thatI don’t believe is ever possible.

Clinton spin doctors have created the impression that he had a stellar economic record during his own presidency, in spite of the fact that the economy was already starting to decline during the last year of his term after the stock market crashed in March 2000.

According to a report by MSNBC: “The longest economic expansion in U.S. history faltered so much in the summer of 2000 that business output actually contracted for one quarter, the government said Wednesday in releasing a comprehensive revision of the gross domestic product. Based on new data, the Commerce Department said that the GDP — the country’s total output of goods and services — shrank by 0.5 percent at an annual rate in the July-September quarter of 2000.”

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) -- Republicans took aim at Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton on Monday for comparing President Bush to Mad magazine's freckle-faced, "What, me worry?" kid, Alfred E. Neuman.

Why aren't the Republicans demanding her resignation?

If a Republican burps after a meal, the rabid democrats start running up to the cameras - "outraged" - and demand the evil, insensitive burper step down from his or her position immediately!!!

I find this personally ironic, since I really do like look Alfred E. Neuman. It explains my advanced state of singleness.

I think they protest this too much...they risk giving her mostly-overlooked comments more currency, and thus turn A.E. Newman into a populist icon come 2006.

"What, me worry?"

Why would Bush worry? He's a man of faith. The Bible says "fear not" 365 times - that's one "fear not" for every day of our calendar year!

Sheesh! Hillary - the dumbest woman in the world.

This from the Dems' supposed political mastermind. Childish insults aimed at the man the majority voted for in the last election seems a poor strategy for someone who can absolutely count on the support of her base, but must convince the rest of the voters that she is sufficiently serious and statesmanlike to lead the nation in time of war. Mad Magazine is hardly presidential reading material.

The former first lady drew a laugh from the crowd when she described Bush's attitude toward tough issues with Neuman's catch phrase: "What, me worry?"

I wonder if she received as big a laugh as she did when she said the Ghandi was running a gas station in St. Louis. The woman has no chance. Kerry looks like a statesman next to her shrieking, bigoted rants.

Clinton has been accusing the Bush administration of providing inadequate funding for New York's security needs

I'm all for protecting New York

But does the Senator realize that NY is not the ONLY state in this country?

Rush just talked about this. He said that if Bush is Alfred E. Neuman then Bill was Larry Flynt. Rush figured Hillary said did this to satisfy the Howard Dean base of the party. He also mentioned that this shows Hillary is not the smartest person in the world or she would have not said this and you would never hear Bush say anything like this about an opponent ( at least in public).

Well, I guess that makes her favorite husband fair game. How about referring to him as being like having to share the same room with Chester the Molester, from the sleaze mag of their porn pedalling friend.
