Ask some of your local real estate agents about this mess. Illegals can actually get special loans/privileges that we can't. Like Contract for Deed with interest only or NO PAYMENTS for up to three years with the interest becoming the downpayment. So the real estate agents doesn't get paid until the loan is signed three years later. No commission.

The real estate people say that the illegals move in, tear the place up, then move out and on to another.
