Billy Graham's Daughter Arrested for Allegedly Abusing Husband

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (AP) - Evangelist Billy Graham's daughter was arrested and charged with domestic abuse after witnesses told police she choked her husband in a parking lot, authorities said. Virginia Graham Foreman, 59, spent a night in jail after the July 1 confrontation outside a shopping center, police said. She was charged with misdemeanor domestic abuse and released the following day.

Three witnesses told police that Foreman pushed her husband and grabbed him by the throat, authorities said.

A Volusia County judge who presided over Foreman's first court appearance said Chad Foreman told police that witnesses had "just misunderstood what was going on between them."

No one answered the phone at the couple's home on Friday.

Billy Graham, 86, concluded a three-day revival meeting in New York City last month that he indicated could be his last.

You do know Prez Bush and his family have hung with the "toons" as well.

So I guess you want something like this to happen to them too?

My husband is the funniest man alive in his quiet wry way. He has made me laugh more in one week than anyone else has in a lifetime. I still think about irritating him, I think he secretly likes it. ONe time we were talking about men who had affairs and I got all het up and said if he did anything like that I had a plan. I would tell his Mama, then his grandmother, then his favorite Aunt and all his elementary school teachers. After a while, he looked at me and said "You are really a tattletale".

I like your plan better than augirl's. Her plan included cutting something off, super-glue and my ear. Huh? was my reply. We laughed ourselves silly.

Or maybe it's just wildly blown out of proportion. The husband doesn't seem to think it's a big deal.

You might want to talk to her about being a tattletale. It might be less, well, painful and messy. And if she regrets it later, she can tell all the people she tattled to that she was just having a bad day. If parts of your body are in your ear, she is going to have some explaining to do. Plus you just won't be much use anymore. Tattling is better.

I confess, the description of his hiding from her really made me laugh. I mean, really!

My guess is something is wrong with her, her face just looks sad, not like acutely, but like she has been sad a long time. Sometimes dementias start with depression and odd behavior, like trying to strangle a husband when we all know it is much more clever to just irritate them or shoot them. Think about it, have you ever known a woman who successfully strangled her husband? Who even tries that when shooting, stabbing, etc are much more common and successful.

I don't know what got into me. It's just that ever since I read that story about the swiss banker that was found dead, dressed in a latex suit from head to toe, like a big condum, because his French mistress had shot him in the midst of sex games, I just keep thinking that you never know what most people do in their private lives.

it would bring a complete new meaning to Roy Orbison's epic Cryin.

You know that song "Lift us up Where we Belong" from Officer and a Gentleman. We could rewrite it and retitle it "Put me back where I belong"

Women can't choke men and blacks can't be racists. Simple.
