Me too. And I, for one, wouldn't mind seeing more of Buffy Waltrip and some of the other wives and girlfriends of the NASCAR drivers. Hell, they can talk all they want, who listens anyhow?
Yeah..paint, as in paint balls. Create a new stage...or add a section in a current stage where all the riders have to run a gauntlet of spectators armed with paint guns. Now THAT would be fun to watch..!!
: )
What is she, 12?? I've heard deeper thoughts from 8th graders breaking up because they saw their boyfriend with someone else at the mall. I don't question her maturity or sense. I question his.
My hubby says the same thing....."What kind of man leaves a wife who stuck with him through cancer?" ...for Cheryl Crow no less.
Sounds like it would be a fun thing to watch - good idea!!
I'd rather the bikers wore pads and carried batons.
Thanks for the obligatory I dont care about the sport being discussed in this thread post. I dont know what FR would do without your marvelously keen insights. Why dont you make a list of all the other things you dont care about for us? Just knowing one of the things a wonderfully awesome person like you doesnt care about is hardly enough. Im sure I speak for everyone on FR when I say that Im hungry for more.
Read on down the posts and you'll find many that agree with me. So there THHTHTHTHTHT !!
Oh yeah, definitely! You ever notice that when you first you roll it on wet it has one color, and it never looks like the paint chip you chose at the store? They always say "it'll dry darker" and you know what? They're right! That bright fuchsia goes through a whole bunch of hues as it dries until it finally settles into a soft rich plum. Amazing!
</sarcasm>
It appears that his relationship with his wife was over prior to his meeting Crow. Not that I care. My view is that if you have children you think of them first and fight to stay together for the good of the kids.
I must be odd. I really don't care about Armstrong or any other person I don't know persoanlly that's a celebrity. I'm happy if he wins because he's an American but it's not like Armstrong is coming over for dinner. I don't expect to see him much. But neither do his kids.
Or spears.........and swords.
"...I have lost all respect for Mr. Armstrong since he left his wife and kids for Crow!"
Just a thought. I has been published that Lance didn't leave his wife for Crow, but they split (amicably) due to the stress of training. The team spends a large number of months per year in eewwup in order to train on the courses they will race. The separation was too much. Can't say I am pleased with crow as girlfriend, but what business is it of mine?
Go Lance

She's irritating! BTW I've always thought that her voice is horrible, like nails on the blackboard!
So leaving your wife for for Sherywl Crow is bad, but leaving your wife for your bike is ok?
"Go Lance!
That's something that I just can't bring myself to say, particularly with an exclamation point. "Go Lance" is bad enough, but when you add in the fact that the Lance in question, true to his name, wears spandex, a yellow bracelet, and rides a bike, I just can't do it."
?????????????
Lance used to be a very manly name until the 1%-ers hyjacked it for their one fell designs.
one can appreciate spandex when one is lugging ones carcass up a 5% grade in 90% weather.
The yellow bracelet? Well, just check out www.wearyellow.com
Lance is what he is.
Go Lance!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Columbus STX.................
I like her voice. I think she a great singer. But she's a typical showbiz limousine liberal.
It is easy to judge people based on decisions they have made. With that said, I wouldn't doubt he has used blood doping, just based on his choice of women in his life. Plus the fact that they are living in France. People that leave America, can stay gone. I want nothing to do with them.
