Lots of new warehouses are being built for all the NAFTA/CAFTA trucks as well since 59 is a primary route to the eastern USA from south Texas.

I think the good Councilman Adrian GARCIA has somthing more important to "worry" about. Somthing like if you can't tell the legals from the ILLEGALS then there are too damn many ILLEGALS!
