Cold War. They should fear the consequences.

We can totally devastate Iran with 1 Trident D-5 SLBM and the Israeli's can hit Iran with over 100 warheads in response.

the Israel Defense Forces have conducted simulations of an Iranian nuclear attack for damage assessment and response.

I sure hope this is part of a scripted PR campaign to justify an upcoming preemptive strike.

Two nukes could burn the country whether Iran launches them or somebody else. It's a fact. However, such an attack would be national suicide for the perp and most of their close allies.

If they had nukes, they might be able to. Until they do, though, it would be more accurate to say that Israel could destroy Iran with nukes.

Israel has a few as well, those might make a nice deterrent.

So what's stopping Israel from taking out Iran's nukes? Don't say that our government would object. The worst Washington could do is cut off Israel's funding in response. That's a pretty minor consequence compared to a nuke going off over their country.

Israel's Defense Ministry has determined that Iran could destroy the Jewish state with two atomic bombs.

I think this would be called a "suicide bombing".

But where would the Palestinians live if Iran did that? Oh, I forgot, no one in the Muslim world really cares about the Palis except as a propaganda tool.

Methinks if Iran did this, Israel (with its dying breath) would take out Tehran, Damascus, Cairo, Beirut, Riyad, and (oh yeah) Mecca and Medina too. It might even target Islamic population centers in Europe for good measure (especially those in France).

OK, but I hope they realize that they will also eliminate all of "Palestine" and parts of Jordan and Syria as well. It's not like nuclear radiation remains exactly where it explodes.

Israel's Defense Ministry has determined that Iran could destroy the Jewish state with two atomic bombs.

Did they notify the Iranians too? What, they used Apple II to figure that out? What's the purpose of this startling announcement?

There is no strength left in the world of men.

The West is weak, we do not have the mettle to obliterate our Muslim foes.
