"A message of Solidarity" - sadly, for most of these "world leaders" talk is cheap and action will be lacking.

Let's hope it's a rumor. There's a lot of confusion over there just now.
Keep yer chins up, brother Britains!

That's their strategy. A modern day form of appeasement.

What can you do though - if you get a bomb threat can you risk not evacuating?
To: Mo1
oh!! but we made the muzzies mad by standing in the way of their march for world control

A close friend of mine just arrived in London with her daughter this morning and was in transit to their hotel when the bombs went off. She emailed me and said the front of the hotel was affected and was cordoned off since it is near the site of one of the explosions (Edgeware). She said that the taxis were running efficiently and the people of London were very helpful to two American women that were just dropped into the event. She also said strangers were helping them get their luggage to the hotel. What a day...

Re:
I confess. I also look at car wrecks. Don't get snipy about it. We do not now, nor in the future will we want anything in this fine conservative forum from "liberladrivel.blah".
Please take this advice to heart.

What's curious to me as I watch this, is that the explosions appear to have been spread out over a period of about an hour-- not all at once. First one at ten to nine, the second over a half hour later, then another ten minutes later, then another ten minutes... like that.
Seems odd. Not that it means anything... but you'd think they'd plan it closer.

There were internment camps in central Alabama for Germans. When I lived in Alabama, there were news stories about the camps. There must have been an anniversary date of them being released or something. But I could be crazy, and my memory could be flawed.

Where's Eric Cartman when you need him?!

>>Not a chance. Just checked out DU. They are blaming the west and our culture.<,
Let them do so and LOUDLY, as this will hopefully wake-up the American middle that the safety and security of our nation is not to be trusted to the very people that will blame America first (and often). People will not take moralizing lectures from the left, when the left excuses, yes, excuses murderous acts of cowardly pig-swine.

They may have found something they think is too dangerous to try and disarm.

The Mayor of London's statement was VERY good!
He has either had a complete change because of this, or he is a good actor, acting like a Rudy Guiliani!

Terrorists want to watch people panic and they also want to watch what happens when a particular area is spoke of as a target. Let's hope, anyway.

Dude, this is going to get worse, there's supposedly a note found in Pakistan concerning a Al-Q "Summer offensive". I don't like this. We gotta stop these guys.
