In a nod to the Live 8 rock benefit generation, maybe to meet U2 frontman Bono or perhaps just because she is on summer vacation, first daughter Jenna Bush is accompanying her parents to the Group of Eight summit in Scotland and is wowing the Europeans.
"The girls are not there to do anything official," a White House spokesman said yesterday, speaking of Jenna and Barbara Bush, 23, who will join first lady Laura Bush on an educational trip to Africa later this week. Nevertheless, the blond first daughter, who has become the object of fascination among the VIPs, was unofficially a hit.

GAAAHHHHHHH! Sob....why Helen Thomas in there....whhhhyyyyyyyyyyyy?
Ya had me goin with some really nice pixs, then...POW! The Eldebeest of the Press Corps..
THAT was NOT funny. (Well, maybe a little funny)
Don't you know that all daughters grow up to look like their moms? You better hit it now, or by 30 it will all be downhill.
There were two hosts, a guy and a gal. The gal's name was Fanny and for convenience, I'll call the guy "Regis."
One afternoon they had a demonstration of doughnut making at the end of the show. They were showing how to squeeze the doughnut dough into the frying fat, an operation at which Regis was distinctly unskillful.
Regis: "Well I see that our time's up--so until next time, be safe, and may all your doughnuts look like Fanny's."
Not "hefty!" Maybe "soft." Or "fluffy." I like her! She's a babe!

"She" is the very definition of "FUGLY".
A local KC radio talk show "personality," Dave Dawson (who's been off the air for quite some time now), once said that Chelsea must have fellen out of the "ugly tree," and hit every branch on the way down!

The child has no chin...this picture is ok becasue it if from the front of her face.
The Bush girls look great 360 degrees.
Oops... "fellen" should have been "fallen"

I think Barbara is far more sexier than Jenna even now. Jenna needs to hit the gym in my opinion.
You have my sympathies.
That may be true, but she can't help where she came from.
I mean, I read Gary Aldrich's book unlimited access where he recounted a story related to him by a Secret Service agent guarding her, where she called him a "Trained Pig". He was offended, and asked why she would call someone that who would give their life for hers, and she said "That's what my mom and dad call you guys..."
How sad is that. Then, at her age, to have to listen to accounts of cigar foreplay by her dad, and God knows what else...I do have sympathy for her.
As for the Bush Twins...I think I like the "Bad" one...:)
EWWW!
LOL
Sometimes it skips a generation or two. Red hair runs strongly in my family (I've got it myself), and I have a cousin with flaming red hair despite the fact that both his parents are brunette.
Thune's daughters did a fairly humerous (and by all accounts effective) campaign ad for their father's successful campaign to unseat Senator Daschle, which is where I first saw them. Yeah, they're high schoolers, so I hope I'm not going to hell for finding them attractive. Senator Thune, if you're reading this, please don't have me killed.
BTW, the TV spot the Thune girls did is the only campaign ad I've ever seen where the required disclosure ("I'm John Thune, and I approve this message") came in the middle, rather than at the beginning or the end.
Post your picture, and WE will decide if you're worthy!
Hey, I never said that she'd hit me, did I?
I agree. As long as she wasn't being used as a campaign prop, I felt that she should be left out of the media. I remember that incident from UA as well.
As for the Bush Twins...I think I like the "Bad" one...:)
Please, watch your wording... Not "bad."
"Naughty!"
Mark
Is just me or is Jenna looking a little chunkier?
I don't think her career path is to be modeling!
Genetics are taking over.
I've always preferred Barbara, anyway. :-)
