You can use any image you want for background, and it will tile itself. Go to the Admin Moderator's about page to see an example.

Thanks, but I'll stick with what I have up. ;)
I personally have been spending months trying to figure this out.
PING
I might have done a bit of web design at some point. I know I could put up a more complicated page, but nah. I've satisfied my ego. ;)
Oddly enough, my "about" page is rarely about anything......
seriesly, thanks for the tip
Interesting
I see a sick-looking cat, other than that, not much :)
I tried the code for an HTML background, but FR doesn't support it. I stumbled upon this, and I was glad.
My "about" page gives honor to the Major League pitcher with the most wins for a southpaw. Note there's a bonus Trivia Quiz at the bottom.
What does "put your page stuff here" mean? Can I browse my C drive, or does it have to be a web page somewhere?
Thanks Asphalt, HTML information is always helpful.

In that section you put all the text that you want on your about page. In the place where it says URL put the source of your picture that you want tiled.
Go to a website and highlight the section you want. Right click "View Selection Source". Copy highlighted area to clipboard and Paste into "about".
Ugh, tiles are crud!
I did this a few years ago. I found a really awesome Hubble photo of a nebula and posted it as my background.
I hotlinked the picture without permission. The owner of the site I hotlinked from wasn't too happy about this and changed the photo from the Keyhole Nebula to a naked gay dude stroking his erect pecker.
I didn't know about this for a few days. Then the FReepmails started arriving. "Dude! What's up with your homepage?!?!"
Hey, just checked your page, Zuben. The great Spahnnie -- maybe the most under-appreciated great pitcher of all time. Talk about consistent!! Nice picture of him too, in that cool old Braves uniform of many colors. Bob Buhl bump.
