Several bloggers have drawn attention to a strange lead in a Washington Post story about the Terri Schiavo autopsy results. The June 16 Post story by David Brown said that "Terri Schiavo died of the effects of a profound and prolonged lack of oxygen to her brain on a day in 1990, but what caused that event isn't known and may never be, the physician who performed her autopsy said…"

JUDGE GREER SHOULD BE IMPEACHED. Florida is overlooking all of his bad deeds in Terri's case but he's ruined other lives as well and people have fled Florida with their lives to get away from Judge Greer's orders. He's a modern day executioner and that's why the hearse chasing bar associations keep giving him awards. They have a trust set up to rob the wards and then they quietly (usually) have them killed.
It's been fun watching this Constitutional scholar explain how right it was to kill Terri. I'm wondering if some official from the Catholic Church will show up to explain how right it was.

Surely, you do not think the separation of powers means the Judiciary trumps all, do you? Each time you come down on the side of the Judiciary as if you approve they are our ultimate rulers.

The Schindlers attorney filed a flurry of papers just before March 18th when the tube was removed. One of them was that Judge Greer had mistaken Terris age at the time of her conversation with Diane. He responded that it made no difference. The Schindlers have removed the legal papers from the net but quite a few read it.
I pinged Mary because I believe that she read that particular document.
We asked him to impeach Greer too. He turned that into a press release but it appears it was more grandstanding to protect his future with his base.
The fix was in. Florida is a mess. It is getting worse.
I am supporting Tom Gallagher for Governor. Charlie Crist would only be a figurehead (they are dangerous). He is part of the coverup and no can do.

It's sad really. All I have provided is links backing up my statements with Constitutional quotes and precedent. You haven't provided a single thing. Not one thing. Not one precedent. Not one case before SCOTUS supporting your view. And I'm the one with the problem understanding the Constitution.
Here's a clue for you. You cannot chop out misquoted bits of the Preamble or the Declaration and take them as the holy gospel. Provide an instance of original intent that the Constitution of the United States was meant to apply to the citizens of the respective states. I'll even give you a headstart. Look to Madison's intended Bill of Rights (the ones that weren't passed). Until then, really don't bother me.
You omit parts of the Constitution that you don't like, and then accuse me of posting things I haven't posted. Get a grip!

Truly despicable people. Don't a lot of the major players in the Schiavo case have some sort of connections to Scientology and the euthanasia agenda? This is scary stuff, and if I were disabled or elderly I would high tail it out of Florida as fast as I could.
You misunderstand the one major intent of the separation of powers. At the time it also meant the separation of powers between the states and the national government. They were equals. The only time I speak about the Judicial branch, the federal judicial branch, is when they have either created power for the federal government, such as the incorporation of the Bill of Rights, or when they recognize this incorporation was never intended, such as in the case of Janice Rogers Brown.
I do have an agenda. As a conservative that is still wanting limited government, I will speak against those that are willing to engage the national government in what was clearly a state issue. I will speak against those that would use the national government to forward their agenda at all costs, even up to destroying any possibility of returning to the federalist intent for what they deem to be a just cause. It's sad the woman died. But I am tired most of all from those that would use the Constitution as it was not intended. The Constitution was not intended to be a list of rights for the citizens of the respective states. It was intended only as a list of limitations upon the federal government and nothing else. Framer after Framer after Framer stated this and was concerned about this one issue (well except for the monarchist Hamilton), the possibility that the national government would eventually swallow any power the states held. It is pitiful to see 'conservatives' not only not having a problem with it, but advocating it to forward their agenda
I believe this was covered by media too about Terri's testimony at age 19, not 12 or 13 as changed by the Judge. Judges cannot change dates to suit themselves and further, he changed the date based upon Karen Ann Quinlan having been dead already but Quinlan lived at least five more years. So, the premise to change the date by Greer was based upon Greer's ignorance on the Quinlan case.
I would say the problem with Scientology down there is nothing to sneeze at...

It is interesting to note that Terri is buried there. It looks like one town will be receiving lots of revenue from people visiting her grave site.

You know, things like what happened in Florida to Terri Shiavo, can happen in any state...its just not Florida...I dont live there, but I do know, that feeding tubes are pulled in other states as well...
About Florida....my husbands uncle and his aunt have lived in Florida, for almost 35yrs...they live in Clearwater...late last year my husbands aunt, in her 80s, had to be admitted to a hospital for a particular problem, and from there went to a nursing home...the problem she had, was such that the doctors advised her and her husband, that she should have a feeding tube inserted...and it was...the feeding tube did fail to resolve the problem, and what with complications and such the aunt died...but the doctors were aggressive in treating her, were adamant that she receive a feeding tube, and they received the best care possible...the doctors did not care that the aunt was in her 80s, and elderly, they did everything to save her...
I am sure that good things and bad things happen in every single hospital and nursing home, and hospice in every single state...
I dont know for sure, but I would tend to believe, that wherever Terri Shiavo may have been, the end result may have been the same....
I for one, dont believe that Terri Shiavos feeding tube should have been removed..I do believe that she should have been given over to the care of her parents...
But if you really think, that what happened to Terri could happen only in Florida, or that Florida is an exception, I think you are wrong...what happened to Terri could have just as well have happened in another state...
