I believe this was covered by media too about Terri's testimony at age 19, not 12 or 13 as changed by the Judge. Judges cannot change dates to suit themselves and further, he changed the date based upon Karen Ann Quinlan having been dead already but Quinlan lived at least five more years. So, the premise to change the date by Greer was based upon Greer's ignorance on the Quinlan case.
Helped along by Felos holding up a newspaper dated during the event of Quinlan being removed from a respirator. Which, as you said, wasn't when she died.
