The Schindlers attorney filed a flurry of papers just before March 18th when the tube was removed. One of them was that Judge Greer had mistaken Terris age at the time of her conversation with Diane. He responded that it made no difference. The Schindlers have removed the legal papers from the net but quite a few read it.
I pinged Mary because I believe that she read that particular document.
I believe this was covered by media too about Terri's testimony at age 19, not 12 or 13 as changed by the Judge. Judges cannot change dates to suit themselves and further, he changed the date based upon Karen Ann Quinlan having been dead already but Quinlan lived at least five more years. So, the premise to change the date by Greer was based upon Greer's ignorance on the Quinlan case.
