THen leave it up to the OWNER of the bar if he wants to make it a "smoking bar." Don't force your borgeouis yuppie "health concious" morality on business owners. That makes you a yuppie fascist like Bloomberg.

Did I once mention health? No, actually I specifically ignored health, lest we debate the merits to health of smoking. There is an undeniable stench of smoke, that stench travels beyond the personal space of the smoker. Restarant owners simply were not offering establishments like that, there was no alternative. Now there is, and smokers can still smoke outside, where there is plenty of air to take away the smoke. It's more than fair, and I'm glad to see London is going to do this also.
