Ramsey Clark, former U.S. attorney general has given a limited endorsement of Judge Harry A. Blackmun, President Nixon's nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court. "I've seen nothing to this point to indicate that he is not qualified," Mr. Clark said last night in a statement.

I bet he's ashamed now that his endorsement was only "limited."

He and Blackmun are birds of a feather.

He and Blackmun are birds of a feather.

Don't forget Blackman's new client, Saddam Hussein.

Those three deserve each other in eternity.

I hate to speak of the dead; but Ramsey Clark endorsing Harry A. Blackmun doesn't speak well.

Ramsey Clark of: VVAW, IAC, ANSWER, Not In Our Name, Human Rights First....they all fall under Ahmed Huber's guidence that operate under SAAR foundation (currently under investigation after being raided in Operation Greenquest)

About Ahmed Huber:

Among the conclave’s key backers was Ahmed Huber, a Swiss-German convert to Islam who traveled back and forth to Beirut to promote the event. This is the same Huber who is a primary supporter of the NPD, the German neo-Nazi party that sent 4,000 of its members marching through Berlin’s historic Jewish neighborhood on a recent Sabbath.

It takes money, clout and coordination to get 4,000 people to march anywhere, and clearly, people like Huber have got all three. And his contacts stretch beyond Europe and the Middle East. In a recent televised interview, Huber spoke of his many lectures in the United States and boasted that because of his strong ties to American Islamic groups, he was given advance warning that something big was going to happen here -- well before 9/11.

Against a wall filled with pictures of his heroes -- the Ayatollah Khomeini and Hitler, among others -- Huber denies that his bank has helped al Qaida, even as he gloats about his cohorts in the U.S. assuring him, We will bring down the power of the Israel lobby.

Alias: Achmed Albert Friedrich Armand Huber

Nada Management Organization - the Nada Management Organization was blocked on suspicion that the firm had possible links to the September 11 attacks. No details were given about the amounts frozen or the banks concerned. The move comes after the United States asked Switzerland, Italy, Liechtenstein and the Bahamas to block all assets belonging to the Nada Management Organization, which was previously known as al-Taqwa. Two of the company’s bosses were detained by police for questioning in Lugano on Wednesday, as part of a coordinated operation by Switzerland, Italy and Liechtenstein.

Youssef Mustafa Nada and Ali Ghaleb Himmat were taken into custody after Italian police raided their homes on Wednesday in Campione D’Italia, a tiny Italian enclave in Switzerland, surrounded by canton Ticino. They were later released. Another Nada official, Ahmed Huber, was questioned about al-Taqwa’s activities by Swiss officials in Bern before being released. The Swiss federal prosecutor, Valentin Roschacher, said the investigation was likely to take several months. “We now have enough information to open an inquiry. We seized a lot of documentation on Wednesday, some of which is in Arabic, and it will take a long time to follow the paper trail.”

The US authorities say al-Taqwa is one of several informal cash exchanges - known as “hawalas” - which funnel millions of dollars to terrorists outside the traditional banking system.

Investigators suspect that hawalas also help terrorists acquire material and supplies by acting as front organisations. They believe bin Laden has made use of them to acquire and distribute funds.

Nada Management, founded in 1987 under the name al-Taqwa, is one of the world’s largest financial institutions dedicated to Muslim clients and Islamic business activities. One elemental service these groups provide is the hawala exchange system, by which small amounts of money - usually less than $1,000 - are transferred to other hawala agencies around the world. A sum of money or valuable can be brought to a hawala agency in Europe, for example, where a phone call to a network office in the Middle East or Asia will free up a corresponding amount at the desired destination.

The transaction is almost immediate, based entirely on trust and requires no certification that might leave a paper trail. Western antiterror experts suspect such unregulated transactions allow millions of dollars to be funneled to Islamist groups engaged in terror.

Come by and see this interesting twist. Ramsey Clark endorsed Blackmun for Supreme Court Judge.

Blackmun's claim to fame was Roe v. Wade.

Ramsey Clark's group, International ANSWER, was found to be an element of Ahmed Huber's principal operation, Al Taqwa in the Operation Greenquest raid.

So, we have a interesting association now between the war on terror and abortion. Huh.

>>> I wonder if there are other connections between Clark and, for example, Margaret Sanger.

Yes. She received an IAC (International ANSWER, Ramsey Clark's Group) Grant to write this paper, 'The Margaret Sanger Papers Project'.

Guess I'll give this a Soros ping too.

I've not been able to directly link Soros to Ahmed Huber; but they do both link to Francois Genoud.

About Francois Genoud:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1344150/posts

One of the Nazis who met Haj Amin el-Husseini in the years of Nazi triumphs was one Francois Genoud, an early admirer of Hitler and a founder and militant of the pre-war Swiss Nazi party, the National Front. He met
Husseini in 1936 in the Middle East and once again in Berlin in 1943, while he was an agent of the Abwehr (German intelligence agency) and while Husseini, the British-appointed Mufti of Jerusalem, was urging on the
Holocaust and recruiting Arabs and other Muslims into the Nazi service.

Genoud met him several times in Beirut after the war, until the Mufti died in 1974.
Meanwhile, unrepentant, veteran Nazi Genoud got a management position with
the Red Cross in Brussels4 and later (1958) opened a bank in
Geneva called the Banque Commerciale Arabe (backed by Syrian funds).
Through his connections in Cairo, a post-war sanctuary for sundry Nazi war
criminals, he met leaders of the Algerian FLN and was later invited to run a
bank in newly independent Algeria, the Banque Populaire Arabe. In another role,
he participated in organizing and/or financing the defense of Eichmann in
Israel, of Klaus Barbie in France, and of PLO terrorists in Europe. He counted
among his friends Wadi Haddad and Ali Hassan Salameh, PLO master terrorists
who accomplished airliner hijackings and other high-profile terrorist acts.
Genoud claimed in recent years that what Hitler did "was
proper and in support of peace."5 Carlos met Genoud in the 1970s through
mutual friends in the Habash gang, known as the Popular Front for the
Liberation of Palestine. This was a Marxist faction of the PLO, which Habash
built out of a pan-Arab outfit he led called the Arab Nationalist Movement.

What do these clients have in common with their lawyer? The same characteristics as another Verges associate, the ex-Nazi, now Islamist sympathizer Francois Genoud—who, as owner of the Arab Commercial Bank in Switzerland, was the apparent paymaster in the Barbie and some Palestinian terrorist cases. They are ideologues and defenders (Garaudy), practitioners (Milosevic, Barbie, Saddam) or would-be practitioners (Bouhired, Kelkal).of mass murder or genocide. Their ideology is totalitarian at its core, and they share yet another common trait of 20th century European totalitarianism and present Islamism–hatred of Jews and Israel.

Preston, David Lee. "Hitler's Swiss connection". Philadelphia Inquirer(January 5, 1997).
Note: One month after Swiss banking officials and Jewish leaders announced an agreement to set up an independent commission, chaired by former US Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volker, to search for the whereabouts of funds deposited in Switzerland by Holocaust victims, a Swiss citizen named Francois Genoud committed suicide. Author David Lee Preston suggests that Genoud's suicide may be linked to the new commission as well as to Senator D'Amato's investigations for the U.S. Senate Banking Committee and class action lawsuits against Swiss banks filed by Holocaust survivors and victims' heirs. Genoud, a Nazi enthusiast and friend of Hitler's, worked with Swiss and German intelligence during WWII; he was then active in setting up the ODESSA network for the transfer of money from Germany and the evacuation of key Nazi leaders at the end of the war. Postwar, Genoud used his wartime contacts to become an advisor to Arab causes and anti-Israel activities.
