Physically disabling them will not disable their mental drive. It's a lie. There are still ways they can molest children even if they can't do it the way they used to do it! That is true, which is why they should all get the death penalty.

This would give the authorities the ability to track themThe "authorities" have that ability right now.

...with a registered sex offender. One current theme runs through each of these killing of young children. WE HAD THE BASTARDS AND LET THEM GO.
End of rant.
What else is there to say?
Nearly 300 million U.S. residents should be camped out in D.C. until our leaders get the picture.
I'm sure 100 million bleading heart liberals couldn't be bothered to join us though.

Are the authorities tracking you and I?
Your saying that the authorities know where everyone is at all the time?
Can they see you if your wearing your tin foil hat?

I have one in the shed they can use...

Possibly someone out there can answer this. If they put these ankle bracelets on these scumbags to track them from where? How? If a molester gets a tracking device in Washington state and then takes off to Florida can he be found there? There was a case recently of a molester cutting his bracelet off. Doesn't seem to me these devices are the answer. If he is in a jail cell then we know where he is.
PS. If he is convicted of multiple crimes or murder then he should be put to death.

Tracking, listing, interneting-it's all POINTLESS.
Kill 'em now.

These devices are definitely not the answer. They are removable. Martha Stewart admitted in an interview with Vanity Fair that she knew how to remove her bracelet--she looked it up on the internet--and VOILA!--there were instructions on how to do it. Quite simple.
Not that Martha would ever think of removing hers. ;)

We need to have a Federal Sex Offenders Colony. Modeled after Devil's Island. In a remote area--island or desert--where they cannot escape. Every Level 3 sex offender should be sent there for life. Sure, it would be costly. But how much are our children's lives worth?

Just kill 'em. They've proven themselves unworthy of having a human body, take it away.

Well, I like that plan, too. But our liberal government would never go for it.

Isn't it strange how those suffering from the mental illness of liberalism loathe the death penalty? They can't even tolerate real life sentences. The only thing I can come up with (besides their deeprooted desire to destroy human civilization) is that they envision themselves commiting crimes, and would prefer lighter sentences themselves.
If they keep up this crap, vigilante justice isn't so far away.

In the Duncan case since it involves kidnapping, crossing state lines with a minor with intent to commit immoral acts, and murder, I believe that the Mann Act and the Lindberg Act both Federal offenses apply. The Lindberg Act carries a Federal death sentence. I'm sure that if I'm wrong a FRLawyer will correct me but I think I'm right.

Well,if you use a cell phone thay can get a pretty good idea since the phone "tells" the system where it is so you may receive calls;and the new phones are GPS capable in order to comply with E-911 laws.
And ONStar GM vehicles obviously report their positions automatically and can be queried by the "service" provider.
There are two very common devices for you; ever hear the children's tale of "belling the cat:?

Don't use a cell phone and would not own a GM vehicle
If the government knows where every one is why did it take almost 30 years to catch up with pipe bomb female from the late 60's early 70's?
To: John 6.66=Mark of the Beast?
Ability to do something is not the same as desire. Priorities.
To: hoosierham
Hopefully there will be a desire to make judges responsible for there actions in letting people out on bail who should not be given bail. Hopefully there will be a desire to track them once they are released from incarceration. That desire will not occur if the public just rolls over on this one.
