Comment on what you hear here!
There was a movie in the 80's where they were rescued and went back to America. Didn't like home anymore and got back together and wound up back on the island. Then several bad movies followed.
Filmation did a cartoon version of Gilligan's Island that wasn't bad for a kids cartoon. Got some of the original cast to voice for it. Filmation got a lot of the original cast back for the cartoon version of Star Trek.
LOL! Hitlery's rant can also conjure some of the more annoying memories of mom, IMO. No one wants to hear that either.
Locked inside this corpse's shell
Capitalist Americans will burn in hell
Now give us your money!
New Ginger, and I believe the all but rolled Jim Backus out in a coffin at the end of the movie.
Here's the link to imdb: http://imdb.com/title/tt0078155/
You mean ashley reflux!
I can't remember enough to say. They were always angling to leave the island, so I listed every conceivable opportunity I could remember that was missed.
Of course, not every episode was about leaving the island. One of my favorites was the mock tiral where they tried to identify the murderer (among the catsaways) of a guy pronounced killed on the radio. They reconstructed the crime scene and determined it was an accidental self-harpooning.
Now I remember. They had a reunion and went out for a cruise on the skipper's new boat, right? Then I can't recall
just what happened on that cruise...
And then another movie where they turn the island in to a resort, right?
The Harlem Globetrotters hit the Island.
Yeah. In the first movie, they go out for a cruise, hit another storm, and go back to the island.
The next movie had the place as a resort, but I never saw it. I think they did one more and that was it. The reunion movie was interesting but wasn't very funny at all. I couldn't bring myself to watch anything else. The series and the reunion movie to give it closure (of sorts) were enough for me.
I'm so out of the current music scene, the last CD I bought was a Bosstones.
Anyone seen " War of the Worlds " ?
Saw Batman Begins last night. GREAT movie!
Sadly, I couldn't watch Katie Holmes without thinking of Tom Cruise. I'm all the more convinced that this "marriage" between the two is a sham orchestrated by Cruise to focus attention on him (first) and his new movie. If they divorce in 5 years, his career SHOULD be over. Cuz that guy's NUTS.
I'm avoiding WotW specifically because of Cruise. I don't make promises to boycott movies or stars, but Cruise is my first and, hopefully, only exception.
I'm such a fan of Sci Fi that I simply can't miss the movie.
I understand. I am, too. I'll probably watch it on DVD some day...
Folks,
I'm fading fast. Going to hit the sack.
Have a great Fourth All!
This caller from the Michael Moore school of crap
You too!
Well, we finally got to something more serious in the last 20 minutes.
