"Why not do things in a manner that achieves the goal of removing Souter from his homestead. Apparently his (Logan) goal is only to promote himself and get that television show he wants."
What is your major malfunction? Television show?
Please source your claims. If you have any sources.

I agree. Not only is the public aware - but city officials are commiting political suicide if they approve such stuff .. at least I would hope people would be outraged and vote such people out of office.
And .. I hope the House continues on it's path to DEFUND such actions. Pelosi says we can't do that .. but WE NOT ONLY CAN - WE SHOULD.

If Lettuce Alone isn't on the menu, well that's just wrong.

There is nothing to stop someone else from filing another plan on for Mr. Souter's property. That's the beautiful thing about this plan. Mr. Souter can now spend the rest of his days (or until Kelo vs New Longon is overturned) defending every piece of property he owns. If this plan of Mr. Logan's doesn't pass muster, the next plan might, or the one after that. And if Mr. Souter decides to move to the family property in Massachusetts, someone in our midst can simply file the appropriate plans to claim that land and build something more suitable to the economic development of that community as well.
So, if this plan of Logan's is not as well thought out as it should be, then please feel free to file another plan of your own.
The more the merrier until these elite bastards learn that they live under the same laws we do.
Cheers
Lloyd

You obviously didn't see his interview on Fox. He stated he was trying to create a TV talk show.

Please source your claims. If you have any sources. Go to Freestar's homepage. You will be able to read about the proposed television show on the main page.

I emailed my suggeston to Mr. Clements. He should allow small investors and give a free nights stay with each share purchased in the hotel. He could raise millions by doing this.

There's no way in hell the Selectmen would approve building a hotel in an area zone residential. Tell that to Mr. Kelo.

Think about it another way. When the project gets disapproved by the local government, the developer can potentially sue claiming he was denied his rights under the recent Kelo decision. Let that one get to the USSC and we will see some fast revision of justice.
And I liked Steyn's column on the subject using the idea that Federal lands are underutilizing their potential tax revenue and should thus be taken. It could get really interesting.

" Federal lands are underutilizing their potential tax revenue and should thus be taken."
That was my thinking...nothing like taking the Supreme Court building to build a strip mall to generate some tax revenue. Afterall, the Supremes aren't generating any tax revenue and it has that "Godly" message called the 10 Commandants (illegal I might add) craved in it.
