Well...we are 37 minutes into the supposed "global concert of a lifetime" and MTV has managed to show 12 minutes of commercials for reality programming, interrupted 3 performances, and have shown a highlights package from the UK with the biggest names of the day already performing.
Yep. MTV has found a way to not show music on a day where music is all around them. So away with the Live 8 thread....

MTV is worthless.
Green Day is mother-f'n worthless (to use the kind of language they prefer).
Kanye West is a kook.
Madonna is scary and ugly.
VH1 is worthless.
And George W. Bush is an idiot for doubling aid to Africa when we have our own problems here at home.
na na na na hey hey hey snoop dogg..."this is talent people"
OK,... yer required to post the Anna pic so we do't have'tuh ,y'know remember what post# it was [do ya like that "we"?]
I'll be back with pics to wrap up the evening performances!
I guess you have to be stoned out of your mind and drunk on cheap gin to appreciate it.
Aha
Go Norway live in Berlin..
hehhe..
That'll come as a shock to everyone in Barrie.
MTV is one big commercial for the devil, 24/7.
I would love to see Pink Floyd though. Anyone know when they are on?
Floyd , yeah let's find out ,... BTW Dave mathSPEWS yellin' "don't drink the water" , curious after that deal with his tour bus
But they are there seperately, not as a couple of course.
MTV is good at only two things - promoting itself and, oops, I'll tell you the other thing after this 4-minute commercial break...
I think Floyd is playing around 4:50 PM EST.
It was kind of neat. Baseballmom, It reminded me of a real, big Haverford Township Day.
Mr. environmental Dave Matthews put on a decent show and looked really stoned.
Deep Purple in Toronto ... Highway Star
