Yep....it's called the 'good ole' boys club' it's especially alive and well in one of the most corrupt cities in the world, DC. (Women are now part of this club, they all protect each others ass.)

I too believe this will be nothing more than a light slap on the wrist. The punishment can only "fit" the crime (or dwarf it) if the perp is one of the "little people", not a fat assed, lying, treasonous POS like Berger.
