I honestly would like to see a grassroots effort among nicotine-nazi's in some state to get the sale and use of cigarettes banned in some state. And then watch them bitch when their taxes are jacked up big time to make up the difference.

I LOVE it!  And then let the lawmakers pound sand when their cigarette tax revenue dries up! hehe!

Let them pull that revenue out of their butts and scratch their heads wondering how they can make up for the loss of revenue.  Cause you KNOW they don't want to cut their little pet PROGRAMS!

When they are too gutless to cut spending, stick it to the smokers and claim it's for their own good!

Ohio's cigarette tax went up $.70 cents today. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

SheLion, I've been reading the information you post about rolling your own -- I'm ready to give it a try.

I know  it.  Ohio lawmakers are puke bags that refuse to cut spending therefore, stuck it to the smokers again.

Rolling your own:  I have rolled my own for over 4 years.  And I love it and just knowing I am not filling the lawmakers coffers tickles me so!

You can get that machine from stuffyourown.com.

Fast service and he is so wonderful to deal with!

I find it astonishing that a product that kills over a half million people a year is still even legal. Oh, that's right, the government makes BIG money from taxing it. In my mind that makes the government complicit in the deaths of over a half million people a year.

Ya think that if I went down to the patent office and applied for a patent for a product (to market to the general public) that kills over a half maillion people a year that I would get it?

Can you find me proof of that?  A lot of us in FR smoke and we aren't sick or dying. (All of my family never died from smoking either.  Nor any of my smoking friends). I sure would like your proof of this unless you are believing all the lies of the ALA and Legacy, etc.  Half a million a year. hmmmm And you believe this chit!

Half a MAILLION people a year eh?  hehe!  Pity you have been so easily swayed my friend.

I'm in Columbus, so it's a double whammy for me. First the public smoking ban that took effect the end of January, and now the tax hike.

Thanks a million for the link. I'm going to order when I get back from the long holiday. Can you get a referral discount if I mention your name? If so, drop me an Freepmail.

Shelion,

Would you wrap your lips around the tailpipe of a car and inhale? Same thing in IMHO :)

Sounds like a great opportunity for the mafia to start hijacking cigarette trucks again and selling them like dope.

Dear friend, we have talked about this before.

Ok

You go into your car in a closed garage alone with windows closed and car running.

I will go into my car with a group of smoking friends.   We all will sit in the car (windows closed) chain smoking, for over an hour.

I would bet my life savings who would walk out the garage alive in well.

Still want to argue with me?? heh!

The state Department of Health has a free service

It's not "free," smokers are paying for the Department of Health busybodies' sinecure.

Like I posted in my post #1:

Just like the Wash Quit Line is being funded by the state Department of Heath...........guess who is paying their cushy paychecks?  THE SMOKERS who pay taxes on cigarettes!!!!!!!!  Your money is going to pay for that personal abuse!!  Not Bg Tobacco and not the state government/  But the SMOKERS!

(Madame Dufarge, I just HATE when they say that and don't tell the truth of who is ACTUALLY paying for this chit!)

No No! That's a cop out.  That was a for instance and you know it!  But I sure bet "I" would be the one to leave the enclosed garage.  Sadly YOU would NOT!

its almost time to get rid of "RINO" and start using CINO...(conservative)

The "R" after their names wont mean much soon.
